“It was clean, Room was Comfy we had a very good view from our superior suite, and very good and private, though we saw ours was maybe most private little cabin they had. Nice lush garden right in front of room and walk to our cabin. Bed was comfy on soft side.”

“I loved the place!! good breakfast, Very quiet for relaxing and sleeping. not very far from the thermals!”

“Overpriced Hotel, extremely and I repeat, extremely bad service. Facilities of the dining room are old, wear and sticky dirty tables wait for you at breakfast. And about the food, overcooked scrambled eggs, gallo pinto reheated from the last 7 days, poor variety of food and low quality ingredients. Rooms are dark. Beds and pillows are good, and the cherry on top, the service. I went for breakfast, sit down in a table, it was dirty and sticky, asked a waitress to please clean it, and she...

“Checking into the property was simple and good instructions were given. The property itself was great. It was spacious, had great amenities like a projector, a spacious bathroom, and even laundry in the apartment. One huge issue we (and our neighbors as well) had was that the advertised hot tub was empty and couldn't be used. This is a huge issue and false advertising that should be addressed by VRBO. The automated messages from the host made it seem like the hot tub was available and working....

“Off the beaten path, which is OK, but there is no signage that you are entering the right road. The TV was missing from the bedroom. Couldn’t get our apps to work on the tv in the living room. Shower had some rotting trim. Ethernet cable were just run dangling along the walls. It was clean, and conveniently located between Quepos and Manuel Antonio.”

“We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for visiting anything in the La Fortuna area. It was easy to locate and just as pictured.”

“Beautiful villa with amazing view of the volcano and close to all activities. Diego and his team were very attentive and so nice to work with.”

“The management team does an excellent job with communication and responding to issues. The check-in process was very smooth as the team sent detailed information prior to check-in date, which included video instructions. Upon checking in, we noticed the TV and downstairs AC wasn’t working, and someone showed up to reset the breakers within 10 mins. The property is well designed and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again in the future.”

“Great space and close to every where.”
