On this ground floor, you will also find a service bathroom and a serene bedroom with a double bed, desk and the convenience of a full en-suite bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped and ideal for preparing all your daily meals. In addition to crockery and essential utensils, it features a microwave, oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine to help you in your day-to-day life.
Access to the outdoor patio is conveniently through the living room, allowing you to easily enjoy the sun, organise al fresco meals and benefit from natural light throughout the day. From your private terrace, you have direct access to the spacious lawn garden and the inviting shared condominium pool.
On the 1st floor are the remaining two bedrooms, harmoniously decorated and equipped with wardrobes for your belongings. The master bedroom is very bright, offers a double bed and access to a balcony overlooking the gardens. On this upper floor there is also a full bathroom serving the bedrooms.
The property has stairs to the upper floor and may therefore not be suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Palmela train station is a short drive away, with connections to the Fertagus rail network, providing access to Setúbal and Greater Lisbon.
By bus, Carris Metropolitana operates regular services between Palmela and the main urban centres in the region. To explore the Setúbal Peninsula and surroundings, we recommend using your own vehicle, which offers greater freedom and convenience.
This is a self check-in property and you will be asked to verify your identity before being able to check in to the apartment (15:00).
We ask all guests to fill in a registration form that will be sent after the reservation is confirmed, in accordance with the legal obligations set out by the local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200 EUR.
