Charming House

Krists and Carl were wonderful hosts. They were very understanding as our travel plans kept changing because the airline kept cancelling and re-scheduling our flights. The location was in a quiet neighborhood and convenient to shopping and restaurants. The kitchen had everything we could possibly want. The bed was super comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Amazing Experiance!

The hosts did an amazing job with our stay. The space is very nice and they were very quick to respond to any of our questions. We brought our 4 and 8 year old and they really enjoyed the house. There are nice outdoor swings and games to keep them entertained. Could not ask for a better experiance!

Beautiful little hideaway

My family and I absolutely loved this place. It has a large covered porch and has a cozy private setting. The host had alot of supplies available that we didn't expect. The whole place was roomy as well as parking in the driveway. I would absolutely love to book this place again in the future. Thank you Krista for such a cozy place.

Krista was a fantastic host! The house was clean, organized, and everything was in perfect shape. We had an incredible time during our stay in Palmer and so appreciated the amazing hospitality that we experienced.

Secluded Central Alaska getaway

Great place to stay central to many attractions in Central Alaska. The house was a good size with a couple bedrooms and plenty of amenities. Carl and Krista were great hosts making sure we had what we needed. Our 20 lb dog was at home in the house. All-in-all we had a great 4 week stay there.

Awesome Host - Amazing Place

First off. Krista is an awesome host who left us wanting for nothing. We were a little apprehensive at first when we realized that the VRBO was behind the host house due to a really bad experience several years ago with a VRBO host who lived next door to his rental. That host spent every minute staring out his window at us and was not friendly and only spoke to us to constantly remind us off all his silly rules. We cut our stay short and moved to another VRBO it was so bad. Krista was the complete opposite of that experience. She didn't bother us or intrude at all and was always available for advice and suggestions on local places and fun things to do in the area. Communication with the host was excellent and very pleasant. The house is amazing and has everything you could ever need. We are already planning our trip to the state fair and will be booking our stay 6 months in advance so we can stay at Krista's place. We live in Homer almost 300 miles from Palmer and have always stayed in Anchorage when we come up for our big shopping/supply runs but will now be going the extra 40 minutes past Anchorage to stay at Krista's. Palmer/Wasilla have everything we need and her place is centrally located to both which was so convenient. We will be coming back at least two more times before the fair in August and will be staying at her place every time. Thank you Krista for making our stay so awesome. Oh and did I mention she has Ninja stealth skills. We were watching a movie and got a message from her saying she left a loaf of amazing breakfast bread hanging on the front door without us even hearing her come up on the porch in 28 degree weather in the dark lol. 5 Stars+ Highly Recommend!

Cozy, Comfortable, and Convenient

There were so many personal touches that were welcoming and appreciated. Everything was very well stocked. The house itself was charming. It's location is very convenient to shopping, and all the attractions that we love in Palmer. We would be sure to stay there again if our travels take us to Palmer. Loved it.
