“Staff was very … well, rude. The front desk at least. Room service was laughable, no knife with pork chops, had to request our drinks 3 times ( for water ). Food was so poorly prepared. Just bad. Fish was soggy and old tasting. Pork chops were the driest meat I have ever been served. Judging by the Luke warm temp, I would guess they were in a chafing dish precooked Just Terrible. “Great hotel, great location, right across the mall. Everything is close from it. Pleanty of restaurants across the street and the hotels buffet is good also. Staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean and well mantain. Hightly recommended”
