Me Gusto: en general todo, la decoracion del lugar y lo amplio de las instalaciones. No me Gusto: me quede en un como apartamento con dos cuartos todo bien pero era demasido caliente, les recomiendo colocar aire acondicionado.

Excelente servicio, ubicación y lugar, es para mi una gran opción llegar a este hotel, sin duda voy a regresar.

Cercano a la calle principal!
Tiene buena ubicación, ya que es fácil de llegar independientemente desde donde se ingrese a Panajachel. Está bastante cerca del inicio de la calle Santander, tiene parqueo propio, las instalaciones son bonitas e higiénicas. Lo que no mucho me gustó es que la cama no era muy cómoda.

Lovely gardens, clean, good housekeeping. I paid for a room with a kitchen. Refrigerator?? Didn’t work. Stovetop? Didn’t work. Hot plate? Didn’t work. No oven. Microwave?? I dunno. Don’t use microwaves. Office staff put forth zero effort at check-in and thereafter. A poor experience all around. Do not recommend.

In the middle of Panajachel but once you walk inside is like you are away from everything. You can hear the birds singing in the morning... quite beautiful. You can walk around but there is also transportation. The staff is absolutely amazing! Everyone is personable and very helpful.

Great place - beds could be better
Very nice place. Everything was great except the bed was very firm and springy. They could improve the experience by investing in nicer beds. Bring earplugs, you’ll need them - there are many establishments nearby with loud music.

I really loved this charming refuge in this beautiful city. The staff was very helpful in getting me a shuttle back to the airport, and the villas were super safe. The location was also fantastic, and the room was so large for what I was paying. I highly recommend it!

This hotel (villa) has a good environment, almost like a garden. The staff is friendly. We had a small room with a separate kitchen and bathroom. Lots of places outside of the room to rest and enjoy. The price is reasonable. The shortcomings are loud music from neighboring night clubs at night. No hairdryer, it would be helpful to have a rack in the shower to hold the soap. Considering the price, I am willing to tolerate these. Tips: The hotel is in a closed environment with its name written on a big steel door, looks like a big factory place. You just ring the bell on the side of the door.

The staff was very helpful in getting me checked in and getting a shuttle to/from Panajachel. There is definitely a lot of noise from the bar nearby that will keep you up if you are an early to bed kind, but the property and staff are great.

The room was large and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the kitchenette had everything you need. I particularly liked the veranda and garden space in front. It was pretty quiet. Plenty of hot water. The staff wasn’t around much; nonexistent at check out. Great location!

Safe, clean, great location, love the terrace, good breakfast. The only thing is that the location is near a bar/club and it can be quite loud on the weekend.

Everything beautifull the appartment very spacious full equiped. A lot of fliwers big terrasse Just a problem a lot of noise with music very hard around this area during the night and everys days not just the WE, impossible to sleep well.

Villas Jabel Tinamit is located just off the intersection of Calle Principal and Santander. It is a prime location. It is set back off of the road- a very very short walk down the little street it is on- so you have access to everything but you feel like you are far away. It was much quieter there than many of the places I have stayed in Pana. There is parking, good wifi and cable, hot showers (!) and quiet. They have houses (cabins?) to stay in or rooms. The gardens are beautiful. The staff is eager to help with any questions and problems. We will definitely stay there the in Panajachel.
