“Please do not stay here! This place is nothing like the pictures shown. Everything is old, falling apart, dirty and has not been maintained for years (2020).. Really serious issues: locks on some doors are broken; empty rooms with no locks, no security on exterior doors that are open 24/7, no room service, no restaurant, no breakfast as advertised, missing lightbulbs everywhere, no phones, no operable sprinkler system, skeleton staff with no resources provided by owner, leaking roof, visible...

“The jet tub took at least a half hour to fill to where the jets kicked in, however the water never got above lukewarm! It took 5-10 minutes for the sink hot water to only get lukewarm! This was unacceptable, we couldn’t even take a shower in lukewarm water! There were communication issues with Expedia and The Hazeltine Owner, not responding to our messages.”
