“Extremely disappointing and concerning experience. My daughter and I arrived to find the property unsecured—the front door, back door, and side gate were all open. After contacting management, I was informed that the cleaning crew had last accessed the property two days earlier. That means the property had been left unsecured for approximately 48 hours before our arrival. There was no way to know who may have entered the property during that time or whether someone could still have been inside....

“The home has carpet that has lots of stains in the upstairs bedroom covered with rugs. The upstairs shower area needs to be cleaned because it’s old and the ventilation is poor. It’s causing brown areas above the shower. The shower handle looks lightly molded.”

“This was our SECOND trip back to the Sea Breeze Beach House. We really enjoyed the quite neighborhood and location (short walks to the beach and St. Andrews State Park and close driving distance to good restaurants and grocery stores). The house is clean, kitchen well stocked, and our pups enjoyed the huge fenced in backyard. Highly recommend! ”
