“The house itself was great! The only downside was the backyard wasn't as fenced in as it appears to be. It's great if you want to keep your dog confined to 3/4ths of the yard. No major issues, just a very dog rich neighborhood, so closing off that last corner would be beneficial. Host was very responsive and helpful. My final 0.02, we've never visted this area before, so it was tough to determine where parking was allowed and not when going to the beach. If further explanation was offered to...

“Our stay was amazing. We landed early and since there was no previous renter, they let us store our bags in the house prior yo check in. They were easily reachable when needed and very accommodating! We also had air conditioner problems when we got there and the maintenance guy was out within hours to fix the problem! Also, it’s SECONDS away from the public beach access which was amazing!! This trip was definitely amazing and the house size, location and easy beach access was unreal!!”

“The host responded quickly to every question. We were allowed an early check in and late check out, likely due to us being therein January. The property is exactly as listed and very very clean. The neighborhood was so quiet and everyone there was very kind. We brought our Boykin spaniel and the home and community were very accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon! ”
