Family Vacation

The condo was beautiful. Could have been little cleaner in areas. The balcony doors are very hard to open and close. Needs to be replaced. Glass and balcony furniture was nasty.Cushions were stained and nasty. Table on balcony but no chairs to sit at and not enough room. Some electrical issues such as lamps and plugs not working. Overall the condo was beautiful but needs some maintenance in areas.

Great condo

Very nice condo. Very spacious and well laid out. Two master bedrooms made it great to take adult children and grandchildren. Unit was clean and comfortable.

Repeat Rental

New Year’s trip

Beautiful condo on the beach, plenty of places to sleep (two roll away beds and a sectional). Each of the bedrooms had its own bath and it really featured two masters (each with a king bed- all very comfortable) and the third bedroom had a great oceanfront view with two queen beds. The ONLY complaint is that one additional parking pass should have been included (3 bedroom units should have 3 parking passes). One couple had to arrive separately due to a work thing so we would have needed 2 additional passes for 4 cars, it would have been an additional $150 for 2 passes.. luckily they parked offsite for half that price, but the units should have one parking pass per bedroom, then any extras should have the fee. Just a small thing and something to be aware of if you’ll have more than 2 cars. EVERYTHING else was amazing. Patio furniture on the balcony was very comfortable- if we were in the condo, that’s where we hung out. Very close to things for older kids to walk or drive… you won’t be disappointed.

Vacation

Last minute trip we overpaid for. With all the rules listed I was certain it would be top-notch! Thus thinking the cost was worth it having my toddler grandson. The rug and furniture had stains and was clearly not taken care of. Dirty ceiling fans, dirty utensils in the drawers. I took pics and called the lady I had spoken with. My daughter accidentally cut herself with a nasty pair of scissors and had to visit the immediate care and have it glued shut. And a tetanus shot thank goodness. I vacuumed the whole place before departure, causing us to leave at 10 on the dot. People were already there to ‘clean’, one was in a wheelchair. I was sure we’d receive our deposit back but haven’t heard one word since leaving. Will not stay with this group again. Mind you we’ve stayed there several times with different owners, with much nicer and cleaner environments.

Amazing family vacation spot!

We took our first family vacation all together in over 20 years, and we knew we needed the perfect place with enough room for everyone. This condo was clean, spacious, and had everything we could want. We were missing a parking pass, and the communication was quick and efficient - they provided us with another pass right away! Thank you for a fabulous vacation - we are already talking about booking the same condo for next year!

Friends trip

This property was very nice. We love this resort. The property had some areas that needed fixed. The main patio door class and the shower in the one guest room. We would remove the rug under the dinning table. Overall a very enjoyable stay and a great property. Thanks for allowing to use your property. Thank you.

Spacious condo but…

Nicely maintained property however condo needs some changes. Only 3 of the four tvs is a smart tv. Only one hairdryer for 3 bedroom, 3 bath. The lanai furniture is useless with cushions that retain water. We were unable to use it our entire weeklong stay as well is being overcrowded. The 3rd bedroom was like an apartment with, very useful especially with its private lanai. Our teenagers thoroughly enjoyed their privacy.

We all loved our stay

Everything was exactly as advertised. Great unit, fabulous views, extremely convenient. My husband, mother, 3 year old, and my 18 and 19 year old daughter and son along with a friend each and myself were extremely comfortable and extremely pleased with everything regarding our stay. We would definitely plan another stay!

It was just ok

When you arrive 45 minutes early and you pay four K to stay there for a week don’t be telling me I need to pay extra to get into my room. Overall the place was OK. The porches had a lot of mold around the sliding doors and the windows were so dirty you couldn’t enjoy the view very well. The furniture cushions were stained and dirty. There was way too much furniture on the porch.

Long Beach Resort PCB

We enjoyed our stay in PCB. The condo was in a great location right on the beach. It was spacious, nicely decorated, had a well-stocked kitchen, private sleeping quarters (3 bedrooms each with its own bathroom), large floor to ceiling, wall to wall windows in the great room and two of the bedrooms. Online photos depict the unit well. Direct and easy check-in with number punch access to the door and beachfront. We appreciated the secured resort and parking access. One thing I would suggest would be that the condo be deep cleaned with attention to baseboards, under beds, carpet stains, sliding door tracks. Overall, this is a great rental property and I would stay here again.

Orange feet!!

Cleaners need to mop. Guests before us used self tanner bronzing spray, in the shower, and turned the bottom of our feet orange. House keeping needs to mop. Going home to Tennessee with a tan and orange feet.

Long Beach tower

Wonderful three bedroom condominium, nice swimming pools and a huge white sand beach. The water was very clear and can see the fish swimming at your feet. Wonderful vacation stay!

Worst Property Management Company

DO NOT STAY HERE! We booked this condo last minute because Days Inn had messed up our booking. When we arrived the whole condo had not been cleaned. I reported this to the customer service division of the company. I called around 4:30pm(check in is at 4pm) and said someone would be right out within an hour and hour and half. That time elapsed and no one had still shown up. After multiple voicemails and finally texting the number I got Dakota to text me back. Said there was a glitch in their system and it never alerted the cleaning company to come clean the condo so that’s why our condo was never cleaned. The person they sent out to clean was supposedly their best cleaner and she had stopped answering their calls and texts. They sent an inspector to go check and see if the linens had been picked up and they were not. The inspector then had to come clean the condo. She did not arrive until 9:30-10pm and left by 11. When we arrived the bedding wasn’t changed, condo had sand from one end to the other including counters, towels were smelly and still damp in the dryer, fridge was not cleaned out and trash was all over condo and all windows and mirrors had smudges all over them. When the inspector left after her cleaning the sheets maybe were changed but all the bed spreads were still the same, fridge was still full of previous tenants, sand was still all over the condo and on counter tops, and windows were still dirty. We couldn’t even get into the condo until after she left because with COVID we didn’t want to go until it was cleaned. I was told I would be hearing from the customer service manager would be contacting me Sunday or Monday. It took another phone call and email to hear from her Wednesday. They had sent me a $100 e-gift card to compensate for our troubles and Dakota said that getting the cleaning fee reimbursed shouldn’t be a problem. The customer service manager called and said she had to move this up to the operations manager. It took us until Friday to get a response. We wanted to get the cleaning fee and our first night reversed but the operations manager said that they had already sent the $100 e-gift card and because it was a glitch in their system their policy was not to reimburse for our troubles. I emailed back immediately and still have not heard back from her. Besides all these troubles, there were multiple problems inside the condo. I would not recommend this condo or this property management company.

Long Beach Tower disappointed

Property poorly maintained. Safety issues, the cleaning was terrible. One of the beds was not made. We had no sheets for us to use. Stains on pillows, (Director of housekeeping/Cleaning Manager removed soiled linens from the property. Broken glass on balcony from three of the missing light bulbs with exposed sockets on railing. Previous guest’s "personal" items left in bathroom. Had to clean appliance before use. Beach lounge chairs in pic not the ones there, they were old folding beach chairs. Cleaning Manager and Director of Housekeeping took pics of many of the issues. Director told us of the past issues with the cleaners. We tried to talk in person with Vacation Life Properties after the stay over the phone. They chose to send a text response rather than call, the response said in part "There would be no benefit from having a meeting (call)” myself and two representatives from VLP had taken numerus pics of all the issues and sent them to VLP. No advance notice of pool, hot tub, bathrooms and wash down station from beach were to be closed. We were sent $100 for our inconvenience from VLP

Our group really enjoyed the condo and wanted to stay a few extra days. We reached out to the property management group but they would not negotiate on the price for 1 additional night. We were able to find another property that agreed to a reasonable rate for 2 additional nights. It didn’t Make sense to us to leave the property unrented instead of negotiating a rate that we could all agree to since we had already stayed 3 nights.

Wonderful Stay!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the condo. Negative would be the cleanliness of the condo upon arrival. We were supposed to be able to check-in at 4:00. When we arrived at 4:00 the housekeeper was inside the condo cleaning g and was nowhere near being done cleaning. Therefore, our presence made her rush to finish! The condo owner should really consider changing his policy on 4:00 check-in. Flying in to a small airport gives limited times for flights. Our flight arrived at 9:30 am and we could not get into the condo until 4:00. There were many many positives. The condo is spacious and beautifully decorated. There was absolutely everything available at your fingertips inside the condo a person could want while vacationing. The premises was clean and well-maintained. I will definitely be back!😃😃😃
