The condo it self was great except for the hall bathroom shower head needing to be fixed barely any water comes out to utilize it as a shower. It was clean, and well prepared for our visit. Better communication would have made this an excellent stay.Better communication for check in, I was informed that we would be texted a code to get into our unit by 5pm day of check in. I ended up needing to call after 5pm to see if we can check in, only to be told the unit was ready at 1230 that day.Also communication about maintenance for the unit. I understand that people may need to come inside for repairs/maintenance but I feel there be communication ahead of time letting us know that. On Monday March 31 someone came to the door from Edgewater asking us if our water heater was working properly after telling him I just got out of the shower and had no problems with hot water he asked again and left. Shortly later that day someone from edgewater came back again and asked if the AC was working properly and asked to come in to look at it. After looking at it he said everything seems to be good and left. On Tuesday the 1st a repair company knocked on the door and again asked to look at the AC system. Two of those times we were times we were leaving the unit, so in the back of my mind I wondered what would have happnend if we were not there, I am assuming they have a maintenance code to come in. This is our fist time using VRBO, so not sure if this is typical procedure, but b
