LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!! From the included bonfire, the beautiful home, the cleanliness and location, I can't wait to stay here again on my next trip down. I come down often but have officially found THE place. Everything about our stay was absolutely wonderful.

Our family had a lovely time staying at this beautiful property! So relaxing and a very much needed vacation. The beds were very comfortable!! The house is awesome 😎! Would definitely come back again!! Felt like a home away from home. 🏡

Best experience!

This was our best vacation to date. This management group goes above and beyond. We had the free bonfire, an included golf cart, groceries delivered. House was immaculate, beautifully decorated. We can't wait to return. Thank you 30a BeachGirls for the best vacation!

Paradise Perfection

Everything was perfect. Girls at 30a beach girls were very attentive and communicated the entire stay. House was set up perfect for our needs and was very relaxing. It was the perfect location for walking to restaurants and shops at big chill. Golf cart made getting to the beach very simple. The free bonfire was very fun, kids and adults. Will put it on our must stay again when there again.

Our experience in this beautiful home by the Hub was absolutely delightful! 30a beach girls professionalism and warm welcome added an extra layer of comfort, with regular check-ins to ensure everything was perfect. Great location and spacious house

House was great and rooms were perfect for our family. Shows a little wear from being a rental but that can be remedied. Only disappointment was the 5 cup coffee maker with only an on/off switch. That needs to be upgraded. But overall, the house was great and we would stay there again.

Fantastic vacation home for a sizable family!

Our affection for this house knows no bounds! This marks our second delightful stay here, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. The house provided ample comfort for our large family, boasting all the amenities we could possibly desire. The inclusion of a golf cart and bikes made transportation effortlessly enjoyable—whether cruising to Seaside daily on the cart or riding the bikes to the beach. Special kudos to Jada, Hollie, and Joy, who proved to be outstanding hosts. They not only answered all our queries but also exhibited incredible accommodation throughout our stay. We wholeheartedly recommend this house for an unforgettable experience.

Perfect for our family reunion!

This is a beautiful and well appointed property with magnificent beaches near by. Multiple options of where to eat and hang out a short walk away. Pretty good wifi coverage - you may have to find your spot and stay there for calls occasionally. Stocked kitchen amenities and pantry items. Dishwasher and laundry work great. Beds are VERY VERY COMFORTABLE and bathrooms are very nice, with great water pressure. The place was immaculate when we got there and smelled fresh. While the photos capture the home, they do not do the house itself justice. The rooms are really nice and comfortable. We had a family gathering here with family who had not seen each other in years and it was very meaningful and successful! 30a beach girls was helpful beginning to end. Very good communication and giving advice.

Best time and memories!

Family getaway! The house and its amenities were beautiful and so enjoyable for our entire family, house was spotless and organized. Our group included young children, teenagers and adults. 30a beach girls was very helpful and thoughtful. They left us an amazing gift box and the bonfire night was fun. We felt right at home and enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood and amazing pool!

We had a great time at Barefoot Paradise! It was our second time staying within the Prominence community, and it did not disappoint. The team at 30ABeachGirls was very accommodating and provided excellent communication throughout. We'll be back!

Barefoot Paradise at the HUB

We really enjoyed our stay and would consider coming again. The location is very centralized and convenient with it's proximity to the HUB. Beach access was an easy bike ride about 1 mile, even though we missed also accessing Deer Lake State Park while it was closed. The home was very comfortable and the service was excellent. While we had a few items that needed attendance, twice a handy man was by within 30 minutes. We had a little trouble with the alarm going off at random times. Last night it woke us at 2:14am. A few minor repairs are needed for the dishwasher door and a couple of cabinets, but the home is beautiful and very accommodating for the 8 family members we had with us. We love getting down before or after the peak season and hope to come back in the future.

Beautiful home. 6 teenage girls were missing the WI FI storms knocked it out but forced them to play games, ride bikes and watch the stars! Excellent! Loved it!! Will vacation here again. Jada and Kellie were awesome to work with.

Great location and beautiful house, wonderful beach getaway

My inlays rented this house for all of us. Overall we had a wonderful stay at this property. I was happy when we were able to access the property almost 2 hours before our check in time. We did have to follow up a couple times and ask, but with small children this was a huge help. The parking spaces are tight in the back so works better with smaller vehicles out front our larger vehicles were fine. 30A Beach Girls gifted us a golf cart for my inlays and mobility issues the rest of us used the included bikes. The only negative thing of note is both gas tanks were low when we went to use the grill the third time, but after a simple text that issue was resolved so fast we were still able to cook our meal using the grill that night which made for a happy family (seriously issue was resolved in under 10 mins)! Thank you so much for the fast acting there! When we walked into the house it smelled super clean, and other than finding some sand in a couple places on the porch it was spotless. The space is the perfect size for our family it was the prefect fit for me, my wife, three small kids, and my in-laws. The property is beautiful was repeated by my inlays and wife several times! I do wish we would have had an option to access local TV though. The down side of that is we had to keep each other entertained, which was not that bad to disconnect from TV. People were friendly, and the Hub was visited daily. The beach takes 10 minutes to get to not bad but again you have to keep the kids entertained. Beach iOS beautiful and not overcrowded, huge bonus there. The house has all you will want/need. Kitchen is well equipped too, but would benefit from some additional baking pans according to my inlaws. Would book this property in a heartbeat again, and you should consider too if this fits what you want out of your beach vacation!

My friends, family and I LOVED ❤️ staying here and would do it again. Hollie and Ty are amazing and so so helpful, reassuring you to call them with any questions and making you feel super comfortable. This home is in such an awesome neighborhood and the location was perfect. Everything you could ever need is in the home and the home was spotless! Beds very comfortable. Beach towels are even included! I'm so glad I chose this place and hope to make it a yearly thing! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Barefoot Paradise

We stayed at Barefoot Paradise over Labor Day Weekend and loved it. The house was clean, lovely and in a great location with the Hub being around the corner. The 30A Beach Girls staff were incredibly helpful with getting our reservation set up, and we loved working with them. The kitchen was well stocked and having extra beach towels was so helpful! The house only has 3.5 baths as opposed to the 4.5 listed on the website, and we would have loved having extra blankets available but overall it was a wonderful stay!

Barefoot Paradise is AMAZING!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Barefoot Paradise home. The home was sparkling clean and the floor plan and interior design of the home is absolutely beautiful! The 30A Beach Girls made my stay and booking process simple and easy. They were always available anytime I needed them before and during my stay. I highly recommend booking with them! I will continue to use 30A Beach Girls for all of my beach trips.

Amazing time!!!

This is our seventh time staying at the HUB area.💕💕 We love the HUB and all it offers for entertainment, food and shopping. You don't have to go anywhere else. We've stayed at other homes in the vicinity which were not as clean or decorated as nicely, this house called out to us and we are so glad it did. We have always stayed on the duplex side never the house side. We fell in love with the location, the surroundings, and especially the home. 💕💕 We've experienced something new and amazing each time we've stayed here at the HUB this time we discovered so many great hiking trails just a short walk away, it was so beautiful and quiet.👍😊 The other great thing about trying this home was trying a new management company. We always used the one on site here at the HUB. We used 30a Beach Girls this time and they really go out of their way to make your trip memorable. They set up a bonfire for us and a photographer. It was the best night! ❤️😍 I appreciate you 30 a Beach Girls, and the hospitality and love your rental home offers. 🙏 thank you❤️We will be back🌹

Great house

Had a great time at Barefoot Paradise over the 4th of July. Fun place to be because there is a lot to do at The Hub around the corner. The pool was great as well. The range top was to die for!! Don't worry about bringing a large pot for your crab bowl because this house has you covered. You will need to bring spices and a grill if you want to grill meat. (Or you could use the one we left behind..) The rental staff was very attentive. Also, just FYI, the small room upstairs is now 2 bunkbeads and no door to close it off which may be an issue with older kids or adults. Great place and we look forward to next year!

Family trip

Had a great stay. 30a Beach Girls were friendly and communicative. Place was clean and confortable. Town is nice, loved the hub-- quiet and relaxing. 10 min walk to beach. I liked the kitchen-- lots of room and good cooking utensils etc, so if you enjoy cooking it's especially good. Only downer was security and a rude neighbor. My 15 year old was driving our golf cart and pumped the neighbors trash can. They called security, security called the management company and golf cart rental company. Golf cart rental company told me to ignore the rent a cop, my management company advised me to follow laws. Really a bunch of drama for a few hours that could of been avoided. Would love to stay her again, would rent from the company again would like to never see this rude security guard again.

Amazing Trip and house!!!!

My three sons loved being steps away from the HUB. The five minute bike ride to the ocean for late afternoon boogey boarding and sunset viewing was also very easy. The house is spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. The photos of the house and the description are a very accurate reflection. Hollie is exceptionally responsive. We came all the way from Denver and I can't wait to get back again soon!

Perfect for a getaway

This location is perfect for a getaway with family. Within walking distance to the beach and pool! I recommend the Deer Lake beach access. There really wasn't a need for us to rent a car! The home was charming and modern all wrapped in one. Clean and had all items needed. Carpet upstairs has a few stains nothing horrible, I think beach houses shouldn't have carpet anyway. You don't wear shoes at the beach and your feet get so dirty walking everywhere. We loved the Hub and the atmosphere there! Everyone had a great, comfortable stay! The communication with the owner Hollie was impeccable. A must try!
