My contact was very responsive after having challenges with the pool heater. After he first visit to look at the equipment, he text the next day to see how things were working. After not resolving the issue, he came back again, trying multiple things, leaving us with a warm pool to enjoy. I appreciated the commitment to making things right. There were 12 of us and everyone had a great time. It was great to be close to the beach, even though the weather wasn't great to enjoy it as much as we hoped.

Location of this property is as close to perfect as you can get. The house was clean. Sleeping space was as described. Andy was excellent to work with. Highly recommend! Can’t wait until our next trip, we will for sure book again.

Just returned home from a week at Beach, Please with my parents and extended family. Ages 70-4 under one roof with plenty of space!! It is just as pictured. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Our family enjoyed hours in the pool! We were able to walk to the beach as well. Property owner was very responsive to any questions and we would recommend!

This was one of the nicest condos we have ever rented. The description was accurate, place was clean, pool was a great size, and the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. Only complaint, just a little disappointed that the video game shown in picture was not there in the game room. Excellent communication, would definitely stay here again.

Having a wide range of kiddos, teens to toddler, I thought it would be iffy on sleeping arrangements. But, everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. Oldest stayed in the game room on the fold out couch and said it was fine. Adults had the en-suites and king beds which were super comfortable! Kitchen was well stocked with appliances and cookware. We left our salt and pepper as there weren’t any spices nor oils, so a quick trip to the store was in order. Location was great for a variety of reasons. Beach being the main one for us. The pool was great. So nice to just step out of the house and take a quick dip. Beach access was right across the street. And the street was not busy anytime we crossed it. Lots of restaurants, souvenir shops, and entertainment were all close by. We will be back!!

House was a perfect layout for our family. Kitchen was well equipped with anything we could have needed. Coffee pot was working but the keurig side of it was not. Pool was really well maintained. We did notice a lot of ants on the patio around the pool but that didn’t stop the fun! Loved it and would highly recommend booking this property. So close to everything!

Property was very conveniently located close to beach and easy to get to. Property was well kept and well equipped. Upon arrival the floors were a little dirty and sandy from prior tenants - could use better cleaning process in transition. Our feet and socks got extremely dirty being in the house. Pool was smaller than pictured and was only 3-4 feet deep. Functional but not really as advertised. We were expecting larger pool. Had an ant invasion problem in the kitchen one day. Management responded quickly with sprays to stop them. May need to contact your pest control and have them look for the source and address if for future rentals. Wasp nest somewhere near the back porch TV area that also needs to be addressed further.

Hands down one of the best places/houses we’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in. The location was great, perfect pool area, house was clean, spacious and beautiful! The owner had great communication and was extremely helpful in the booking and checking in process!

Great house walking distance from the beach! Loved the house, very clean, amenities nice, kitchen fairly well stocked. Unfortunately it was cold over Thanksgiving & had paid to have the pool heated & then we didn’t use it. Property manager responded quickly to every message sent. Thank you.

Overall experience was really good. Nice house, great location. Very responsive owners. Our ONLY concern was cleanliness. There were long strands of hair in two of the beds around the one of the bathrooms. The couch in the living room is stain filled. The table and floors throughout the house were not clean.

I had a group of 12 adults stay here and we all loved the house and had plenty of room! We never felt crowded and all had our own space. We didn’t have kids with us but if we had the bunk room would have been prefect for them and the game room an awesome bonus! The backyard was great and the distance to the beach is so nice! The hosts were excellent at responding and let us have an early check in which relieved a ton of stress on our arrival day. Would definitely stay again and recommend to everyone traveling with a large group.

We had 4 families with children stay at the property and we couldn't have really asked for more! The house itself is in great shape with new/modern everything: appliances, beds, linens, electronics, washer/dryer, A/C, pool, furniture, etc etc. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and closets are spacious. Every room has at least 1 bed, game room is great for kids/teens. Backyard is a can't miss with a large table, TV, gas grill, pool, rinsing shower (with hot water!), deck chairs, umbrellas, and turf for cornhole games. Access to the beach is within 1 minute, literally!! and less than 5 minutes to the pier walk. Beach access is free and open to public, with jet ski rental nearby. Sunsations beach store within 1 minute and we were happy with the large selection and great prices of clothes and gifts. Go karts, minigolf across the street for added adventure. 5 minute drive to a water park, a few more minutes to Ripleys believe it or not. Have I said enough??? The only cons I can think of were the lack of sidewalks (but basically everyone walks through the parking lots), and the room/bathroom layout was confusing from the photos, but worked out great in the end. Andy and the Inspire team were 1 call away to answer questions and fix anything, they were great owners to do business with. Thank you for making our 1st visit to Panama City Beach enjoyable and relaxing!

This is a beautiful place to vacation! The house is equippd with modern furniture beautifully color coordinated. The one caveat would be the thin mattresses on the bunk beds which made the bunk beds practically unusable for our group. In fact, the owner told us not to use the top bunks for older kids. I only mention this in hope that those mattresses will be upgraded because otherwise this is one of the best places that our family has ever used for our vacation.
