Sue was available by text to answer questions. Check in was smooth. The unit was just as pictured. It is right in the middle of the building (3rd floor), and from the outside this unit seems to be larger than other units to the right and left. It has obviously recently been totally remodeled inside. Everything seemed new, including appliances. What stood out to me was the large balcony, one of my "have to have" for a trip to the beach as I spend a lot of time out there. The tall chairs were perfect to be able to look out over the railing to see the beach and water. (a previous unit in this building we stayed at 2 years ago had the regular sized chairs on balcony, which puts your line of sight right at the railing. This seemed dumb to me, and those chairs are still there in that unit. lol) There was some construction going on to the units to the right and left of us with scaffolding and some noise during the day, but nothing in front of our unit. I understand the need to update the outside of the building. A little noise at night as someone seemed to be doing remodeling to the unit right above us. But nothing we couldn't handle. This will definitely be our go-to unit when staying in Panama City Beach, as long as the price continues to be reasonable.
