We stayed from Christmas through New Year's and this property was everything we expected and then some. I stayed with my husband and two sons (ages 17 & 18). The unit was spacious, (mostly) clean, and had all of the amenities we would need (dishes, cookware, utensils, towels, bedding, pillows). There was ample storage for all of our belongings, the furniture was comfortable and the decor was perfectly relaxing.
There were a few cleanliness items that could have been better addressed, such as, the mattress liner in the queen bedroom was badly stained - we removed it upon arrival, while the floors appeared clean the black on the bottoms of your feet would tell otherwise, the filter on the ice/water dispenser showed that it needed to be changed, and there was a ton of dust under all of the furniture (beds, dressers, etc.). The laundry dryer was inoperable upon our arrival and was giving us an error code. After searching online for the meaning of the error code it was discovered that the vent was at least 90% blocked which caused the machine to shut down. I called the property management company (Vacasa) and within a few hours a maintenance worker was at our unit to fix it. While the listing stated that the property included a public grill as well as a steam room, those were nowhere to be found. However, it did have two indoor pools, two outdoor pools, and three hot tubs - all of which looked out at the ocean. (Note: the largest of the three hot tubs was not working properly, the water was not hot and the jets would not turn on.)
Overall, this property is beautifully maintained, well decorated, and in a great location. I highly recommend this unit.
