The view was awesome, plenty of chairs on patio, condo was well supplied and ideal location.Unfortunately, they were working on the walkways all week and very noisy.We are older and the walk over to the parking garage was a bit of a trip.The chairs to the table could use some pads to keep them from scraping ever time they are moved.

The unit needs a lot of updates. Had to call maintenance to come and fix a few things but they was quick to come and fix it in the TV in the living room cap. I’m going in and out but we had a great trip. Need to replace the dryer. It makes a loud noise.

DISAPPOINTING

Air conditioner did not work. Was not fixed until 4th day there. Made numerous request for light bulbs, took 3 days to get those. Mold growing on shower curtain and ceilings. Cabinets were sticky and food spillage inside. I have come to Panama City Beach for many years and this condo was a huge disappointment. I made many calls and texts trying to get things taken care of.

The couch was broke upon arrival so we could sit or watch tv at night or sleep on it. The air was broke and had to keep all blinds closed. It was filthy. I called and emailed daily with no updates or responses. We checked out a daily early.Emerald coast property sucked

Nice location/OK condo.

We love the Calypso and stay there every year. This condo, to quote a previous review, needs some loving care. On a previous review, there was a complaint about mold in the master bathroom shower. I was surprised that that was still the case for us. I took care of that with some bleach. (You're welcome next family that stays there) There was also a broken light switch cover that was dangerous with a 3 year old in our family. We replaced that ourselves with a cheap switch cover. The first thing I had to do after arrival was mop the floors. There were complaints about cleaning in prior reviews. There are loose toilet paper holders, faucet handles that are in need to repair, the washing machine sounds like a plane coming in for landing, and the fan in the guest room makes a knocking sound that is not conducive to sleeping. This are all simple fixes that routine maintenance can take care of. For what you pay for this condo, these are not acceptable. I understand this is a rental property and I could have overlooked some things if they had not already been complained about in earlier reviews. I hope the owners and/or rental company take care of these issues sooner than later. In their defense, we did not call for any repairs because we did not want to deal with repairs while we were there. Again, we love the Calypso for its great location, wonderful beach and pool area!

Everything was Perfect

Negative aspects from prior reviews had all been addressed ... The property was very clean and well maintianed. The check-in process including parking was a breeze, as was check-out. Plenty of room for a family of 6; three bedroom suites for privacy and an ample living area for family meals, etc. Location ... short walk to Pier Park and all the food you can handle. All that plus the many amenities made this a memorable vacation we would like to repeat .... again and again!

Great Location!

We had a fabulous time. Loved the view from the end unit. Could have been a little cleaner. Refrigerator was dirty inside. The refrigerator stoped working after the first night. The gave us a little fridge for the night and then brought a bigger fridge in for the rest of the trip. It didn’t make ice, but we just went and bought some. Please check rooms for cleanses after they have been cleaned. Replace shower heads and faucets, they were dripping in every bathroom.

Very nice condo excellent location.

It was very easy to access the pool along with the beach, and close to several dinner options. Will keep in mind when booking for another trip.
