Perfect views.

Everything we needed was there. No beach chairs or beach wagon, but we managed. The entire property was clean and neat. So close to the water. Views were wonderful.

Great get away

We had a great time at this property. The decor was very dated - all the way down to the cassette player, but had everything we needed to enjoy our week. (My mother kept saying she would decorate it for free if she could come back and stay another week haha - she is an intererior decorator) We took our dogs and was VERY disappointed in the designated dog area to take them out. It was barely a curb of sand in the back of the parking lot that had tons of sand spurs and NO grassy area. If this is to be considered a dog friendly facility, this needs to be improved. The pool area and beach access was great and the proximity to everything was handy. One last downside was there was only one elevator in the building and it was very slow... didn't make sense for a building of that size. Most of our issues were facility related and NOT the condo itself. We really enjoyed our stay and would book again only this time our dogs would be left home due to the lack of dog friendly areas. Hope everyone who stays here enjoys there stay!

Stayed with family. Great location, close to the beach, great pools, nice stores and restaurants around. The condo was clean and just like the picture! Loved it!

Great get a way

The property had a gorgeous view and was convenient to the pool area. The unit was clean and ready on time. Although we encountered a few issues with maintenance items when we arrived, the owner took care of them right away and we were able to enjoy our stay.

Overall it was an enjoyable stay. There were some issues. 1. Unit needs an update and thorough cleaning. A.. The floors were not clean. There was dust along the baseboard and if you walked barefoot your feet would become dirty. B. The carpet was old and worn. C. The front door was a key lock and there were problems in that the door even in the locked position would open. You had to check to make sure that it was secure.. Would have preferred a combination key pad with the door locking automatically when closed. D. Location of washing machine in bathroom did not allow the bathroom door to open but 3/4 of the way. E. No Keurig coffee maker. *2. One BIG ISSUE was that a pest control man knocked on the door and entered without announcing. Only my wife and daughters were present. It was distressing and awkward. Those types of maintenance should be posted in the elevator with dates and times so the unit occupant can prepare.Ours was not the only unit where this occurred. Several fellow guests experienced the same.. . .

First 3 nights we had no air. The host was hostile and very untruthful about getting it serviced . We waited in the parking lot with our pet for those 3 days as it was to hot in the room for her to stay in during the day. Brought us box fans and was told there should not be no problem sleeping in 76 degrees with a fan blowing and all the doors open. For 3 nights we had to sleep with doors and windows open. We was given a 5 min notice of repairman coming due to our pet being in there. Good thing we were in the parking lot Our toliet stopped up 2 days before leaving and we were told it was our fault that we damaged the toliet. It was not addressed before we left. I received very nasty emails from the resort manager on several occasions. When i asked for a partial refund i received another nasty email with a absolute no. This was a very disappointing vacation. Panama Beach flordia resort was the manager of the property. My advice would be stay clear if them if you want to enjoy your vacation.

Spring break best!

Absolutely amazing condo on the beach with excellent amenities. There is a tiki bar at the pool, and a restaurant/bar at building E where they let our daughter sing! Will definitely return!!!

Great getaway!

Positives: great location, beautiful views, well equipped kitchen, quiet and peaceful. Negatives: could use some updates, including mattresses, elevator is slower than using the stairs. Overall nice place. We would stay again.

Why I won’t go back

The condo needed a deep thorough cleaning. The carpet in the bedroom and living room was stained and either needed cleaned or replaced.. the pet fee was definitely to high with condition the carpets were in..our dog was much cleaner than the previous renters..if u have any kind of handicap u should look elsewhere because the toilets sat so low it hurt my knees to get up and down.. the beach is definitely not good for those with bad knees or hips.. the sand was hard to walk in..and the beach had a small hill that lead to the water so there was no sitting in a chair down by the ocean..there was construction going on in our building with sliding door replacement going on.. they started work at 7:30 with hammering sawing and drilling many days not ending till 7 at night.. it scared our little dog so bad one day she threw up and on coming in to the condo after being gone she was hiding in the pantry..even this time of year the beach was very busy and a wait to get into lots of the restaurants with no face mask required.. I personally will never go back to Panama City Beach..
