  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Great Condo

We enjoyed our stay here for 5 weeks. Great location with easy access to shopping and grocery delivery, clean well stocked condo with the best views and great beach location. Exactly what we wanted and the management company was available immediately anytime we needed to ask a question.

Bachelorette Trip!

We loved the layout and location of the condo! Slept comfortably for 7 of us. You can just walk right out to the beach which we all loved! Not super crowded. However my only two cons would be that the renter need to update their kitchen appliances/utensils. Some dishes were dirty and rusted. Also The queen bunks weren’t comfortable, could use nicer pillows & blankets maybe even new mattresses. Besides that I will keep this property in mind for future trips and would 100% recommend it!

Really enjoyed my stay at the property. Property management answer promptly and works to resolve issues. We did have issues. The cleaning staff is horrible. There were crumbs on the couch and floor, Hair was found in the tubs, the place did not stink but it did not smell freshly clean. The worse part was there were roaches. Mainly babies but we had an adult one as well. All in the kitchen and dinning area. This was horrible and frightening. They did come spray but I know this could not be the first complaint so they need to be having weekly monthly sprays I. The complex. Whatever you do do not pack early and shake the heck out of your items when repacking. They also need to leave cleaning supplies in hand ti clean toilets and bathtubs Tubs could use some deep cleaning. Besides that the view was beautiful could not ask for more in that area.

Perfect Beach Get away

We loved everything about the condo from beach decor and homey vibe we couldn’t have picked a better place for us to stay for 9 days! We were 3 adults and 3 teenage girls in PCB for the New Years Softball Fest. We loved that there was no issues with the elevators like most resorts and if there was this unit is on the 3rd floor so not to bad if we had to take the stairs.
