Loved the condo , not the tides that much. It’s really crowded. We could never get a chair at the pool . And we were on the first floor so the elevator wasn’t a problem however if you were on a higher floor it can be a huge problem.

Tidewater 110

We loved our stay! Great owners and communication, facility was great. We had 3 adults and 3 children and we had tons of fun. Maybe a better stick and brand of toilet paper but that is the only thing we could suggest to make it better. Recommend for a great family vacation!

Great condo on 1st floor, 4 adults two kids easy - nice owner!

Sheryl was very helpful and patient with our booking and our arrival. The unit was very clean, and the location on the first floor makes using the elevator unnecessary, something we came to appreciate a lot during our frequent trips out to and back from the beach. Owner is excellent and quickly responds to any need. TW110 is the best property at Tidewater. Unit has everything you need plus extras. Great balcony. Best of all is the one flight of stairs up to walkway or down to beach, pool or road. Tidewater security and staff keep it secure and maintained. Parking garage and walkway keeps car out of sun and secure.

2nd year here

This was our 2nd year staying at this perfect condo unit location. This year we let our 2 granddaughters bring a friend each. There was plenty of room for all 6 of us, and the 2 15 yr olds slept on the bunk beds no problems at all.You have to look under bunks for alot of fun beach gear. I seen so much stuff that i decided to leave the netted beach bags and mats. We all had so much fun and access so simple. 1 up to leave and 1 down for fun. My husband did get stuck riding the very slow elevator so i suggetst only bring what you can carry one flight. Lol. Yea road construction delayed traffic but that is in any town. I am pretty sure we will be back for a third year. Read my post from last year about all the things about the place. We just had a blast. Thanks for a wonderful time.

Beautiful Condo in a Beautiful Location

Top Notch Stay

We could not have asked for a better experience! Sheryl was amazing to work with. She made the process easy and was quick to respond to any questions that we had before and during our trip. She had tons of accommodations in the condo to help aid in the relaxation of our stay. Our only problem was with the crowd of people that were there. We were only able to go to the beach once and the pool twice. (We made up for it though with other attractions.) We would definitely consider coming back though.

Family vacation was a win!!

Our family vacation was a resounding success. We all loved our rental unit for its stunning view and the incredible ease of access, being situated right outside the lobby doors. The unit was fully updated, impeccably clean, and truly felt like a home away from home. It was the best vacation rental we've experienced by far, and the price was perfect.

Just Perfect! Best location and beautiful Condo!

This condo is the best!!! I book condo’s 3x a year and this one is an A +++ The location is perfect, its on the 1st floor, so you can avoid the elevators. It’s walking distance to restaurants, groceries and shopping. The kitchen is equipped with everything, like your own home. I have not seen that at other condo’s. And beautifully decorated with a beachy theme, clean and the beds were very comfortable. And Cheryl, the owner, responded immediately to any questions I had and was very, very helpful.

Great Vacation! Perfect location in the Tides

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. It was spacious and so nice to have 3 bathrooms. The location was perfect never having to get on the elevator while other people waited a long time. The host was great with communication whenever we needed anything. Would definitely stay here again

Great stay, great host, great location, highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at Tidewater Beach Resort. Host was very attentive and responsive. We could not have asked for a better location. We were grateful we did not have to wait for the elevator, and could walk up a flight of stairs from the beach to our room. The view was incredible, and the condo was comfortable. It had everything our family needed. We would highly recommend this location, unit and resort, and would love to come back!

Amazing!

We have stayed at Tidewater 5-6 times over the past couple of years. This condo and these owners have been the best, hands-down. We book about about 5 months in advanced, and the owners remained in contact with us leading up to the trip. Two weeks before the trip, I was emailed a long list of amenities... which was greatly appreciated! We walked in the condo upon arrival and it was exceedingly clean! All condo owners must have different cleaning services they use, because all the other condos we stayed in were horrible, for example...grimey toilets and tubs, sand in supposed to be clean and freshly changed out bedsheets. We had an amazing experience here! The owners are so kind and always easy to reach, again an exceedingly clean condo, a plus for us was a list of the amenities, beautiful view, and very convenient to the beach and parking garage... by passing the line for the elevators! We highly recommend renting this condo! We will definitely be returning! To the owners, Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo!

Great space

Very convenient walk to parking garage and beach. You didn’t have to worry about waiting at the elevator. Owner is very responsive and helpful. Kitchen was fully stocked with pots/pans/utensils/etc to cook. Unit was large. Everyone has their own space. Each room/area has its own full bathroom. We really liked That. Also they keep it stocked with beach chairs and umbrella so you don’t have to pack and bring your own.

Easy Access

I wont lie, when we first got there after 11 hrs on the road, I got a bit confused and went to the ground floor room 10. My code worked and apparently their lock didnt. The nice guy pointed me in the right direction. Got there and was very pleased with the whole setup. Spacious and comfortable. The only thing they forget to tell you is just how beautiful the view is and how REALLY convenient the room is. You step out and your right at the corridor end door. Which by the way, security is awesome. You walk thru there and its literally go up 1 to parking walkway, go down 1 to beach, theater, gym, vending machine,little store, heated pool, outfront, anywhere, or walk behind stairway to a nice little bar n grill type where you can sit anywhere and see the ocean. Yea things in the bar are a little pricey but good portions but your in a tourist town, what do you expect. Its a nice 10 min stride to Peir Park Shopping galore. Took no time for food to get cold in fridge. I felt at home the minute I walked in. I didnt want to leave. The owners are great. They are there for you no matter the time. And they even check that you made it ok. That gave me a sure feeling that Im home. You'll have a wonderful time and the staff is so friendly and helpful. They even post a list of movies by theater whats going to play. Just get there and the rest is a ocean breeze.

Loved our tidewater stay

We loved our stay at Tidewater. The condo was very clean, the bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen. Even the dishes were all clean. The kitchen was stocked well, and she also had beach chairs and umbrellas we could use if needed. There was plenty of room for my family of 6 which included teens. Sheryl was always in contact with us and answered any questions we had. Also gave us recommendations on restaurants and places to go. Will definitely be back

Family of 6 with room for more

Condo is much more spacious than expected. Loved having 3 bathrooms. Condo has everything we needed (we cooked every meal except 2 nights out of 7). We used the stairs & never had to deal with the lines for the elevators (one floor down to get to beach, one floor up to get to parking deck). Owner is very nice & quick to respond. It was like renting from a friend! Let us check in early so we didn’t have to stand in line when everyone else was checking in at 4 pm (and waiting in line to check in at 4 pm). Tidewater has lots of amenities like a free movie theater (we used it when it rained), 2 pools, Starbucks & a little shop when we ran out of sunscreen or needed aloe (price was only $2 more than Walmart, but I didn’t have to leave). My fav condo we’ve stayed at!

Tidewater stay in June 2023

We loved the room and the location. Room was clean and setup very nice. We had 7 people and we all slept well. The only downside is that there aren't enough elevators for the amount of people. We waited sometimes over 20 minutes and gave up and used the stairs. Which wasn't bad for us since we were on the first floor. But when trying to take everything to car on check out we had to carry everything down the stairs as well.

First time to Panama City Beach

This was my family's first time to Florida and it was amazing. Our place was perfect, it was clean and was so comfortable and great location to get to the beach, with all those things it made it so easy to relax and just enjoy our family vacation. Already hoping to plan our next trip to this same spot.

Nice property

This condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay at the beach! Sheryl thought of everything in this condo…from a stocked kitchen to extra blankets and to chairs and umbrella for the beach! Sheryl was also very receptive to texts during our stay and answered any questions we had promptly! It was great to be on the first floor and not have to use the busy elevators except for check in and out! The teens loved the Starbucks in the corner shop!
