Last week of June

The location and view are great! I don’t like that the property lets people setup beach chairs and umbrellas in front of the rental chairs but not a huge concern! The only negative about the condo itself was the bunk room was pretty hot! The unit has oscillating fans and a box fan for the room but I don’t know if the AC duct work needs to be looked at and the ceiling fan likely needs replaced as the fan speed couldn’t be changed! HUGE balcony with multiple loungers, a 4 person patio table and another side table! More than enough room for our family of 6! Elevators were prompt and had a couple issues going down while we were there but not an overall issue! We would definitely stay at this condo again! Walking distance to Sharky’s and putt putt as well as Alvin’s Island! If you’ve never tried it I HIGHLY recommend Moe’s BBQ across the street! It’s a staple for our visits to PCB! Communication with the property manager was extremely prompt and helpful! Awesome all the way around! Easy 5 star review!

Spring break 25

Sunrise beach condo at PCB was in poor condition! Thermostat was not working, very little hot water, shower heads trickled water out, toilet had to be plunged daily, furniture old and worn, bed is broken and uncomfortable, no ice maker. Great location, beautiful views from balcony, pool very nice and beach was great!

The condo location was great. View was great. The bunkbed room was ridiculously hot!!! Fan did not help!! Even mid bedroom would not have been tolerable without box fan. Thermostat sent at 70’ and could not lower it. Master bath had mold around overflow and drain. Neither shower would drain very well and floors were dirty. Had to wear shoes at all times or feet would be black. But other than that great trip. Would book again if rooms were able to cool down at night to sleep but we stayed same building last year and had same issue so feel it is resort wide problem.

Wonderful!

We did have six people staying together, it was really spacious even then. Super clean and had all of the basic needs. Elevators worked marvelous compared to other condominiums i’ve stayed in. We added another night and the host were very helpful and kind. Great experience!

The unit 1504 was beautiful. My only suggestion would be to have new toilet seats in the bathrooms. Other than that everything was seamless.

Awesome Stay

Everything was just perfect!! We loved the condo and it felt like home. The patio was so nice and large for everyone to sit and enjoy the beautiful view. Communication was great, so easy to just go to the room and relax, loved having the parking garage there and so easy to go straight to the room, the pool and the beach. Everything we needed was provided in the condo and so comfortable. We will be staying again hopefully soon!!!

Perfect vacay!

Perfect vacay! Our first time at PBC! Condo was wonderful! Very clean, amazing space for 6 adults, 9 year old and 9 month old. Condo was more than expected, great views and location. Elevator wait was not bad at all! Def would stay here again!

Awesome Condo

We loved our stay here. Tonya went above and beyond making our stay a good one. It is in the perfect location close to everything. A 2 minute drive to Pier Park. Highly recommend!. We will be staying again on our next trip to PCB!

Overall a great place to stay

The condo is beautiful with an amazing view. We had a few hiccups but the property manager was great and quick to fix the issue. The bunk warm does get very warm so keep that in mind. Our kids ended up sleeping in a different room. Overall we were pleased and had a good experience.
