Self check-in begins at 4:00 PM Central.
Purchase one $35 parking pass per reservation and $6 wristbands per person after arrival at the on-site HOA office. Children under 10 do not need wristbands.
The responsible booking guest must be over 25 and stay in the condo.
Coin-operated laundry is on the first floor; there is no washer/dryer inside the condo.
No parties or events. Only registered guests may use the unit and resort facilities.
