Very impressed with this condo and its amenities. The umbrella and beach chairs were a plus and easy to transport to the beach. Beach was beautiful and clean. Restaurant was nice and affordable. Updates to condo are very nice and condo was beautiful. Would definitely book again

Fall 2024 PCB stay

Great weekend get away! Condo has been beautifully updated! Great view from the balcony and easy access to all offered amenities! Property Manager easily available to answer any questions or address concerns. Would definitely book this Condo on any return trips to PCB!!

THE PROPERTY WAS BEUTIFUL WE ENJOYED OUR STAY EXCEPT FOR THE KAREOKE AT POOL WAS LOUD SCREAMING HAD TO TURN TV UP TO DROWN IT OUT AND STILL WAS OBNOXIOUS CALLED SECURITY THE SAID THEY COULD NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT

We Loved This Place!!

Everything about this place was so Nice! The location is super great. Right on the beach. Walked out of the condo hovering the beautiful beach and resort pool, which was so so nice!! The condo appeared to be newly remodeled throughout the entire place! Crisp and clean everything everywhere you walked. Loved the whites and greys in the condo. Made it feel more open and clean. Its already big enough anyways! The beds were cozy and fresh white linens on all beds. The bathrooms were so nice. Especially the master bath!! Im gonna miss that shower!!! All tvs are anart tvs, so easy to access your kids shows or football :) The refrigerator indeed does have an water spout lol. Its hidden behind the green front glass, handle is at the bottom left door. Lol. We had so much fun here. Would highly recommend anyone to stay!!

Excellent and beautiful

Very cool spot with a great view, easy access to the pool and beach. Loved the live music and resort overall. Some of the most tasteful decor I've seen in all my years touring the rentals of Panama City Beach. Great for families.

Relaxing Stay at the Beach

This condo is absolutely beautiful and is everything the listing says it is. The view is amazing! Easy access to the pool and beach with just a short ride down the elevator. The Edgewater is a little older, but still very nice with a great pool and beach. Parking was easy and the condo is right off the elevator.

Incredible luxury PCB condo

Everything in this condo has been upgraded and feels luxurious. From soft beds, fantastic kitchen, incredible master shower, and even down to the molding finishes. This condo is luxe. We were so lucky to have found it. Truly made a quick getaway to pcb fantastic. ( extremely clean too!!! )

Beach obsessed!

This unit was all just renovated and very clean . The views were great, right in the middle of the 11th floor . The trash disposal was a few steps from the front door, and right next to the elevators . My only cons , were that there should have had another couch instead of four swivel chairs , and there were No towel bars in the guest bathroom. But overall everything was an amazing week for the 4th of July holiday!

Good location for what we needed

We were at the Edgewater resort for a dance competition, so this made a wonderful location. The condo was clean, Mark was very communicative and easy to work with. We had an overall pleasant stay!

This was an excellent property for my family to stay at. The manager, Mark, is awesome! Easily stayed in contact, was easy to get ahold of, responded instantly. I know this isn't easy to do with clients and other properties to coordinate. Highly recommend this property and property manager.

Best condo for family or anyone! Will stay here again!

Edgewater is by far more of a resort than condo. We stay here every year. This condo was clean and large, nice for a family. Owner was extremely kind with super quick response and easy to work with. Zero complaints!

Condo manager was easy to get ahold of. Let us in condo 3 hours before check-in which was great! Issue with wristbands but that was fixed within an hour of texting him. Would stay again!
