Summer Fun 2024

The property was very clean, well decorated and maintained. My family all slept very well on the comfortable beds, which is a top priority when traveling. We were close to all attractions, restaurants and shopping. I would highly recommend this property.

Great place

We loved the condo! It was very clean and well stocked. It is in a great location. It is close to the pool and the bridge to get to the beach. The owner was great at communicating and making sure everything was good for us.

Everything You Need

The condo was a good size for our family of six. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Beds were comfortable. It’s a quiet area. The walk to the main pool and beach is a bit long, but not too bad. We would stay here again.

The villa was exactly like the pictures. Everything was super nice and our host was fantastic! There were no blowdryers and she had some delivered the same day. I would definitely recommend renting this villa!

Family vacation 2022

We really enjoyed our stay. This was a senior trip for our youngest so he brought 2 friends. The condo was very clean and nice. Conveniently located to lots of things we like to do. Everyone had a great time!!

Home away from home

Property was just as described, plenty of room for our 8. Had everything you could ever need and then some. Very clean and the owner checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely book again.

Family Beach Vacation

We had a wonderful week at Lily Pond! The villa exceeded our expectations and was clean, updated beautifully and supplied with all the essentials we needed for our stay. The location is perfect! Even though it’s not directly on the beach it’s a close walk and there is a convenient tram that does pick up and drop offs on the propery. The kids loved the pool and the resort entertainment which included live music and evening movie night by the pool. We will definitely be back!

2022 Family Vacay

Kelley was a wonderful host. She was top notch with communication & so easy to work with. The condo was BEAUTIFUL!!! Each rooms decor complimented the next. The color schemes were spot on. This unit is very up-to-date. The kitchen had everything (newer appliances, nice dishes & good cookware) that I needed for our stay. I spend lots of time in the kitchen on vacation bc I love baking and cooking…..this one was perfect. There was enough seating at the table and in the living room for all 6 of us. The TV’s were huge. The bathrooms were very clean. The master bathroom, sink & closet were large. The master bed was so comfy! The patio was also nice & clean with updated furniture. There’s just not enough words to describe how EXTREMELY Nice this condo is. We hope to become rerun guests each summer. 😎

We loved our stay at the Edgewater! However, I feel that the cleaning staff could have done a much better job on the floors. We literally had to clean the floors before we could let our little one explore. However, overall, it was a great condo and very easy to lease. Thanks for being so accomodating! K. Cole
