  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

it looked beautiful online BUT in real life the cabinets are falling apart, the hall bathroom base trim swollen with black mold and toilet seat was chipped and worn, paint chipping all over on walls throughout condo, dishwasher was GROSS and moldy and made dishes stink! the ceiling above stove was FILTHY! the bedroom with 2 queens slept terrible, the bed were uncomfortable and noisy and the frames were falling apart also that room was hot when the rest of condo was cold. one king bathroom sink and shower didnt drain well at all. the floor was so dirty our feet were constantly black! For the price we paid this was very disappointing and overall a let down on vacation. we have paid way less for way nicer!

Beautiful views

Check in was smooth and easy. Make sure to park in the loading dock of the 3rd floor to unload. Security is always present but kind and strict, wear your wristbands at all times! The condo needs some updates and is missing the kerig but everything else you need is there. The balcony and the ciews are were the beat part! Overall our stay was amazing and comfortable!

Decent but needs TLC

Overall this property was what we expected as far as accommodation, amenities, and inclusions. Where it falls short is upkeep and cleanliness. We are not new to resort condo rental vacations and this is by far the one in most need of TLC and a deep cleaning - especially the tile floors, baseboards, and walls. I know nothing about the housekeeping schedule or what is done between scheduled rentals but this unit did not meet my wants or expectations. The shelves in the master closet were falling apart, the one ensuite shower was dripping behind the surround onto the drywall which most certainly will mold at some point, the closet mirror doors don't slide easily - seems to be lots of sand in the track, and the bedroom floors are very torn up.One other critique is that there isn't nearly enough seating. For a unit that sleeps 13, there was one small couch that could comfortably fit only 3 or 4 people and because the floor is tile, it wasn't an option.The pool and hot tubs were great - we made use of them multiple times per day.Overall, it was fine. We had decent beds and a functioning condo in every respect and the location was perfect. Would most certainly consider the building again but a different unit.

Great place!

This place is pretty amazing. The views cannot be beat. The resort has 2 awesome indoor, heated pools - perfect for winter. There are a bunch of hot tubs, so you can’t go wrong. Grocery stores are practically walking distance. Really great place for folks that need 4 bedrooms. 4th bedroom is small, but it gets the job done since it has doors and isn’t one of those hallway bunkrooms.

Getaway

From checking in to checking out our stay was perfect. The Majestic had everything you could need. Coffee and essentials were sold in the store on main floor. Parking was easy and very secure with security. They even had a theater. Tennis court on garage structure roof. The many pools and spas were all clean and well kept. I don’t remember the building or elevators not clean . The unit we stayed in was one of the best units we have ever stayed in. Well stocked and very clean.

Property was as advertised

Great view of the ocean, 3 of the 4 rooms were good size. The 4th was sufficient since we stuck the kids in there. Management team provided all we needed and was responsive. Elevators were good for the most part, we didn't have to wait too long when heading to the beach. I would stay here again.

Great Week Stay

Our week started out with Bike week, loud crazy, and crowded. Then there was an air show down the beach with occasional flyovers. God Bless our military. Man those pilots sure can take the G’s. The rest of the week was quiet. Town emptied out and our normal beach vacation finished up great. Management needs to hire someone taller there was mold at top of shower wall and above shower soap holder. Ceiling Fan in guest room didn’t work no pull chord. TV in master didn’t work but that got replaced with a new TV. All in all we had a great week at the beach.

Christmas vacation

This was a great condo. Perfect layout for our 8 person family. Well equipped, everything was close by, heated pool was a bonus, Uber Eats delivered with no problems. Will be back!
