Great place very good location, great for families

We had a wonderful time, the place was family friendly, the accommodations, were great, my kids love the bunkbed, great view from the balcony. Full kitchen, close to shops and groceries store.

Beautiful Condo with a perfect view… Very clean with everything needed while on vacation. The beds were very comfortable and condo was stocked with plenty of extra pillows and sheets. Helen is an amazing host and will be back again next year.

Great Vaca

We had a wonderful time. Condo was clean and decorated nicely. The deck was large with comfortable chairs. Room was close to the elevators. View of the beach was awesome. We will stay again.

Our recent Stay in PCB Florida

We stayed in the Emerald Isle condominiums, and it was fantastic. the accommodations were wonderful and very clean. views were outstanding! Our host Helen was very is to deal with and made sure we were happy. So I have say one of the very best experiences we have had.

Great Location & Even Better View

The property is exactly as described and the attention to detail for cleanliness is by far one the best I’ve seen! The balcony is unlike anything else you will find on PCB and the emerald coast never disappoints with its beauty.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Awesome updated condo! Have rented from these owners before. Very clean and in good repair. Owners easy to work with. Great and quick communication. Had handle break on toilet and was repaired within a few hours. Will definitely rent from these owners again!

Wonderful Weekend Getaway!!

We stayed in this condo this past weekend. It was every bit as beautiful as they pictures showed! We talked with Mrs. Helen a few times. She was super responsive and kind. We plan to book here again next year!

Summer Trip 2022

This is our 2nd year staying at Emerald Isle with Mrs. Phillips. The properties are all beautiful and so peaceful. No complaints at all! Make sure your room comes with chairs and enjoy!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My friends and I visit PCB of couple times a year. The last 3 we have stayed at Emerald Isle because it is such a great spot to spend vacation! The rooms we have booked have all been clean, spacious and very accommodating to our needs! It says alot that we chose EI again and again, because we have never repeated other properties we stayed at because we always left with something we didn’t like about the location or condition of the place. We will be back!

Perfection

We loved our stay at this beautifully appointed ocean front condo. It was just as beautiful as the pictures. If you are there during a busy time you will probably be parking across the street, but even that is convenient enough. The unit is steps from the elevators, but if you want to hang on the balcony, listen to the waves and not even go to the sand, still fantastic.

Condo was clean , very nice and right on the water . The bed in the master bedroom is small and very soft . No batteries in both bedroom remotes which initially was a problem but we bought batteries so we could operate TVs at night . Be aware that you will be hit with a 40 parking fee!

I love this unit!

I wanted to return after my stay last July and was pleased to see all new upgrades in the already gorgeous unit. We enjoy watching the wildlife from the balcony. Always will see dolphins, pelicans, sharks, and maybe even a manatee or two.

2023 Mother/Daughter Trip

This was a great place to stay and we thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere as well as the location. The only issue we had with this condo was the beds. The beds were very uncomfortable and very hard. However, we made it work for the week we were here. I would highly recommend Emerald Isle for anyone to stay. Thank you and we appreciate your sharing your home with us for our vacation.

Girls Trip

We had a wonderful time and the condo looked just like pictures. We have stayed at Panama City beach for many years and this was one of the quietest places we have stayed . Only complaint is the loading and unloading was difficult especially since we had to park across the street which was not a problem besides the stairs to the skywalk trying to take luggage. We would likely visit again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Perfect location, clean and great views!!

We absolutely loved this condo. Was perfect for our family of four. The location was perfect as it was steps away from the beach, but also west of all the madness. This helped with traffic to and from Pier Park. The condo was very clean and updated, had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. The pools were nice, and the parking wasn’t terrible. Considering it was across the street. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend to others.

Spring Break 2023

My family and I stayed at Helen’s condo for the 2nd yr in a row. (Not the same as the 1st) She had all the amenities of a home away from him you can think of! The area is clean, close to all activities and very spacious. She was quick to respond to any questions and very accommodating. This is the 2nd year enjoying the beautiful balcony view, my boys loved the pool & hot tub plus right on the beach for me! I would definitely recommend to others also for future trips ourselves! Beautiful beach getaway!

Working with Helen was a dream! From the easy/breezy check in to until check out and taking in our last beautiful views of the ocean. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time this past week. Helen’s condo is spotlessly clean, with amazing views of the ocean (and sunsets!) from the huge comfy balcony, a full kitchen with all you need to cook family meals. However, if you want to eat out, we highly recommend Mike’s place for appetizers, meals, and drinks! Absolutely delicious, located directly across the street, and provided great service. We were so sad to leave! Thank you for everything!

GORGEOUS CONDO!

We were so happy with this property. It was just as beautiful in person as is was in photos. VERY clean. Comfortable and cozy! Our toddler loved it here as much as we did. It was great to have the beach chairs included. Would definitely recommend this condo to friends and family. The kitchen is really well stocked with dishes, pots, pans and utensils. They even provided a good knife. (We always bring one because usually condos knifes aren’t great) The beds are really comfortable. And loved the view from the master! The location is great! A short drive to pier park. We loved it and Helen was very helpful and attentive with her messages!
