Received too many emails (7)and texts (6). It Made it hard to find the appropriate one. Hidden fees, cleaning fee and resort fee weren’t included; just TELL PEOPLE from the get go. Otherwise, it makes you seem shady.Wrong information sent about obtaining the resort pass- required BEFORE you park and the parking gate doesn’t have a keypad, for the code sent by email. Apparently they’ve told the property manager several times about the “new process”. Also, our wrist bands didn't even work.Lastly, the room. Honestly the other stuff was petty compared to the cleanliness of the condo. Torn couch cushions and pillows. Bathroom door lock broken. Mildew around the bathtub handle, faucet and temperature dial. My niece put her luggage under the bed - the amount of sand under there was CRAZY. Drawers and cupboards need a serious wipe down- old food and sand everywhere. I would suggest a VERY DEEP CLEAN.Also, heavier comforters would be nice. The staff were nice, the pool and beach access were amazing.
