Welcome to Key Coastal, Sunbird 311 East. This is a newly redone amazing condo that is renting for its first season. This Beachfront condo boasts a 3rd floor amazing view of the sugar white sandy beach and the large center pool. This beautiful 1 bedroom/1 bath condo comfortably sleeps 4. The bedroom has a queen bed while the living room has a queen sleeper sofa and a full size leather recliner. Right next door to the Sunbird is the renowned Pineapple Willies restaurant, only a short walk. Have lunch or dinner on their pier or grab a frozen drink to go. Sunbird is a gated community and has 24/7/365 security.

There are three pools with one being heated in the winter. There is a fitness center, pickleball/tennis courts, shuffleboard, volleyball on the beach and, of course, the sugar white sandy beach. The beach is only steps away from the condo. Not feeling beachy? Relax on your private balcony and just enjoy the view.

Deciding to stay in? The condo features a 55 inch television in the living room and a television in the bedroom, complete with Direct TV. Need to work or play on the computer? There is in unit free WiFi. Deciding to cook? There is a well stocked kitchen to prepare a delicious meal.

Guest registration (resort fee /parking) is $35 for entire stay along with $6 per person for armbands. This fee is not included in the booking fees and is paid directly to the Sunbird through Park N Spot. You will receive a link to handle this in advance to be pre checked in and expedite the start of your vacation when you arrive. Parking is limited to one vehicle per condo (There MAY be some exceptions in the off season or during Bike week). Parking is strictly enforced. There is additional pay parking in the area.

There is no smoking or vaping inside the condo or on the balcony. The primary renter must be at least 25 and must be with the rental party for the entire stay.

Check in is 4pm and check out 10am.

Free rental beach chairs are not included with this Unit. You may reserve and rent them on the beach or you may use the free beach chairs supplied inside the unit. Just bring your beach towels!
