Enjoyment and convenience

The property was clean with the necessary amenities required for the stay. The location was perfect and accessible to shopping, restaurants, and of course both rooms had access to the balcony and a view of the ocean!

2022 PCB vacation

Easy access to the property from Front Rd. Beautiful beach and amazing water! Easy access to the beach from condos. Condo layout was nice with common areas in the center. Only 2 chairs on balcony for a condo that sleeps 8 is not adequate.

Girls get away

Property was awesome!! Great location for things to do while raining, museums, shopping eating and bars!!! The room was spacious and clean with all the comfort of home and huge windows for soaking up all the views!! Pools were awesome as well the only complaint would be to have them heated, the water was a little to cold for swimming in the evening/after dark!!

Thing that needs fixed

We enjoyed our stay but there was glass all over patio. There was only enough hot water for 2 showers… Then we got parking ticket because our parking pass was out of date

Excellent

Our stay was excellent. When we had any issues we got immediate response. We had problems with the TV in the family area and received immediate response. Plan is to update the TV. We look forward to our return June 1st for a family vacation.

50th Birthday celebration for dad

50th birthday celebration for dad at the beach , with mom , son , daughter and her fiancé. Always loved Long Beach , we’ve stayed at LBR since 2005 , room was amazingly clean and all instructions were clear and concise. Thank you ! We will be back , good lord Willing !!

Family Vacation

We enjoyed everything about our stay. Condo was very clean. TV’s were upgraded from a previous stay and appreciate this taken care of. We did experience elevators being broke down causing long delays. Only suggestions would to change lock codes as it was the same as our previous visit.

Beautiful condo

We had the best girls trip! The condo was perfect. It was well equipped with everything we needed. The beds were comfy. The decor was great. The condo was very clean. We have stayed at Long Beach condos for the past 6 years. Our first in 603. It was great and did not disappoint. Would definitely stay here again. Property management stayed in touch the whole trip to make sure our stay was good. Thank you Real Joy!

Well equipped rental, clean and comfortable.

The weather was beautiful! Cool air and water. Only had rain early in the morning or late at night. The only thing we would change would be the time of year as it seemed to be A LOT of high school and college kids. Very noisy at night and I am night sure owners knew who were renting their units. Also, it would be nice to have a channel guide:)

Florida family vacation

Our condo was located in the perfect area for everything you would want or need. It was stocked with the amenities listed. Only problem was the elevators! One was completely out of order during our 5 days there. Then the second elevator stopped working several times. Unfortunately after a long day at the beach we had to carry our things up six flights of stairs. Other than that we throughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect!

The condo looks just like the pictures. It was perfect. The location was perfect. It was walking distance to so many restaurants and shops. The balcony view from every room was amazing. We went during spring break and it was surprisingly very quiet. We never had any issues with noise from other tenants. Easiest access to the beach you could ask for. Beach in front of the condo was never crowded. The pools were clean and never crowded. We didn’t need any of the kitchen utensils but the kitchen is stocked with anything you could need. The washer and dryer came in so handy. I didn’t think I would use them but I did several times. The bathrooms were clean and the shower pressure was amazing. We had zero issues with our stay. After exploring PCB and seeing how crowded and congested other places were, we were so happy with our location. Very family friendly. The security guards were nice and helpful. Will definitely be coming back and to this exact condo.

Very nice room, resort, and location

We stayed at Long Beach June 25-July 2. It was me, my daughter and son in law in their 20s, along with their 3 kids ages 10 months, 3, and 5. There was plenty of room for us and it was not crowded. The 3 beds were a great fit for our family. The property was just as described and really very nice. Pools were great and not overly crowded. Elevator wait time was not even an issue like it is at other resorts. Distance from the room to the beach wasn’t far. The kitchen had everything we needed and the washer and dryer was a nice amenity. The dishwasher is absolutely the quietest I have ever not heard running. The bathrooms were nice and spacious. The balcony was really nice, spacious, with a great view and table, chairs were comfortable. TVs were a learning curve but we brought our Roku so we could have programs for the kids. Property as a whole was great. The only negative was the cleanliness of the room. Some of it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. Overall the place was really nice and I would definitely want to stay here again. Long Beach is one of the nicest places at PCB. Booking through VRBO was convenient and the property managers communicated well. Smoothe process all around.

Spring Break for my 16 year old

Tower 2- 603 is just as pictured and described. The condo has 2 large masters with master baths . Perfect for two couples or a family with two kids. This condo is very spacious and had plenty of linens and pillows. The beds were comfy. The bathtubs are very large so if you enjoy a bubble bath bring bubbles!! There is plenty of space to put away your clothes in the large walk in closets or the big dressers. There is a coffee pot and a kureig so bring your k-cups. This condo sits right above the beach entrance and in between both hot tubs and the big pool is right next to it. Tower 2 does not have a pool or hot tub however it is a very short walk to the pool or hot tub at tower 1 or tower 3. The small pools are NOT heated!! I was told they were by long beach resort, however they are not. This was our first trip to the beach during spring break and something i wish i knew was ITS COLD lol. So even tho it says the high is 72 it feels like 62. So the pools were useless if not heated. With it being spring break the hot tubs stayed full and dirty. (This does not reflect on Real Joy property or the condo review, this was the resorts maintenance issues, along with constant elevator issues) We really enjoyed our stay at long beach resort we were married on the beach there 6 yrs ago june 2018 so this was like a lil anniversary trip. 😀.

Wonderful Stay

The room was clean and spacious with a perfect view of the ocean. The condominium resort was amazing with gated fences and clean beaches without crowding. The communication of renters was great and efficient. Overall, great place to stay in PCB- we will be back!
