    The Seamist building offers parking in the front, with stairs leading to door number 5. Step inside to a spacious, open-plan living area that boasts breathtaking turquoise ocean views. Whether you prefer to relax indoors with your favorite show on the large HDTV or unwind on the private, covered patio with the soothing sounds of the waves, Seamist #5 has it all.

    The bright and airy kitchen is open to the living area and equipped with everything you need, including white cabinets, a coffee maker, a blender, and all necessary dishware and glassware. Enjoy casual dining in this well-appointed space.

    The private bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed facing a mounted HDTV, providing a perfect sanctuary for relaxation. The hallway includes a custom-built bunk bed with twin-size beds and individual reading lamps, ideal for additional guests.

    The full bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combo, white tile, and a marble-topped vanity sink. You’ll also find a convenient stacked washer and dryer in this private space.

Steps to the beach! It’s so easy to get to the beach. No streets to cross. Just down the steps!Wonderfully clean, quiet, easy, close to shops, central to all hot spots. So many positive things to say, and not a single complaint. This was our second time staying in this rental and we will be back!

Everything about our stay was wonderful! The condo was very clean, they had everything we needed, the communication through text made check in/out very easy, and the view and location were amazing! Overall a great choice to stay here :)

Not walking distance from restaurants

The view and just being steps from the beach were incredible. We stayed on the 2nd floor so it was a perfect spot to have coffee and watch the sunsets/sunrises. Found a couple live bugs when stripping sheets the morning we left.

Clean & perfect location

This was the cleanest property in the area that I’ve stayed at so far. I loved the easy access to the beach. Kitchen is well-stocked with cooking utensils. Master bedroom mattress was comfy. No complaints.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sea mist is the ideal location. I enjoyed every aspect of our stay! The place was clean, up to date and well taken care of. The balcony was directly on the beach over looking the water. The private beach access was secluded and wonderful. We can’t WAIT to come back and stay here again.

Great stay

My husband and I booked this place for a little fall getaway. My favorite thing to do at the beach is to enjoy the views and this place did not disappoint. From the beautiful sunrise in the morning with coffee to the sunsets and even moon watching at night, the balcony views at this place are incredible. We could even enjoy the rainy days at the beach from this balcony. Loved that we were only steps from all the action too when we finally decide to get on the beach. The place was clean and comfortable and the perfect location to enjoy all that 30A has to offer. Will definitely be back!

The air conditioner went out one afternoon but as soon as we called mgmt they had a repairman there within a few hours and fixed the problem!!
