The room was beautiful. The proximity to the beach and pool was great and the location was private and felt very secluded. The check in process, map of the property, where to park and access to the amenities was horrible. I hit roadblocks throughout the entire trip with getting the proper check in credentials and how to get access to the beach chairs that were included. We also had issues with the dryer in the unit not being safe to use. The air unit also did hit seem to work very well. The construction , which we knew would be going on, was a little more intrusive than we thought it would be. So I would not recommend renting until that’s complete.

360 Blue dropped the ball on getting us in the system for a gate pass. Called multiple times and security never received the information from 360 Blue needed to get us a gate pass into our Watersound community. It was a hassle to get back in the gate every time we went out. I had to explain the situation every time to the security guard and they almost wouldn’t let us in every time. It became a running joke. Lol Condo also needs some maintenance attention. Broken toilet paper holder in guest bath and the back French doors do not lock, the locking mechanism on one door is actually gone. Thanks

It was great. There was construction of another building nearby. We knew that before we booked this and after I emailed them asking about the noise level, they said it was not in our building and shouldn’t be an issue. However, it was loud as early as 7am as workers yelled and drilled and hammered….so that was disappointing especially since I emailed asking specifically about the noise. The spot was beautiful and clean and as expected in every other way;-)

Excellent accommodations!

Our stay at this condo was absolutely perfect! Everything was beautiful and just as pictured—stunning, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The welcome gift was such a kind and personal touch that made us feel right at home. We especially loved having the bikes ready for us to use—it made exploring so easy and fun! The beach umbrellas and chairs were also a huge plus and made our time at the beach so relaxing. Every detail was considered, and it made our vacation truly enjoyable. We can’t wait to come back!

Checkin process needs updating

You arrive after 6pm. The instructions do not match what you really must do—call security and they will tell you. You must go to the main gate for Water Sound—the one with the arches and one past the shops heading west. They will give you the card with the bar code that gets you in the main gate. Even with the stress of not being able to enter the main gate upon arrival, the property and view was incredible. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place.

Wonderful time!

The condo was pristine! A beautiful view from every single window! We enjoyed it thoroughly! We took our 6 month old daughter for her first beach trip and it worked wonderfully with having her! Definitely will return!

Beautiful views and wonderful condo!

Our group of four had a wonderful stay here. I felt like I was at a resort the whole time during our stay. 😀. The property had all the kitchen gadgets you could ask for and the decor and layout of this home was spectacular. We are planning to come back for two weeks next year!

Mothers Day at the Beach

Loved the property with 3 exceptions. Low water pressure & tepid water in shower of the guest room on beach side; circuit breaker kept tripping in other guest room leaving it without power. Maintenance checked & said there a wine frig had been added without adding another circuit causing the lights in bedroom & bath to go off. very frustrating with a toddler. Finally the garage door opener stopped working toward the end of our stay. It was fixed. This is the second year, there have been problems we rented through 360 Blue. These condos are expensive and we expect top notch accommodations at Watersound. Judy Miller
