Nice vacation

The place allowed us to stay in such a wonderful neighborhood with access to multiple surrounding beaches and amazing local eateries in rosemary, seaside, Seacrest, and Grayton beach. Love this location in 30A and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation.

Great neighborhood and location!

This was our second visit to this neighborhood, and we absolutely love it. It’s so quiet even with it being primarily family oriented and it’s so close to everything nearby! We love that it’s a short drive to get to whatever beach we want to go to, and we also are always so excited that our favorite coffee place (Beach Bean) isn’t very far in the mornings. Highly recommend this unit to anybody who just wants a very relaxed, quiet, and wonderful place to stay.

Beautiful

This was our first stay at 30A. Place was beautiful and clean. Lots of beach equipment to choose from at the house! Public beach access was about a mile away, but the bikes made for a short ride. I look forward to staying here again.

Love Prominence!

Condo was as described. Very quaint, comfortable and had everything you could need in the kitchen. Check-in went seamless. This is our third time to Destin area, second time staying at Prominence Area. The only bad thing this time was the road closure which gave us a long detour to our beloved other cities we spend time in.

Great Family Friendly Vacation Spot

We had a great family vacation on 30A. The location was perfect to all surrounding areas. Great location right across the street from The Hub/Big Chill, pool was amazing (and heated), bikes with 2 burleys were awesome to have, beach chairs, beach toys, pool toys all included, communication with Mandy was wonderful. Only thing I would suggest is to have a pack n play or high chair available in condo. We ended up renting through Beach Baby Crib Rentals and that experience was great!

Great bikes and chairs. No beach toys. If I were the owner I would be disappointed in the cleaning. Dishwasher was not working. Had dirty dishes in it when we arrived. Reported it but understand with Thanksgiving holiday why it could not be fixed.

Great stay!

Clean home in an organized and seemingly reputable spot. We enjoyed our stay. A few cooking pans could use replacing due to scratches and the non-stick was worn off so it made cooking a little difficult, as well as some of the dishes had food residue left on them but that’s pretty common and I didn’t mind hand washing them before we ate on them. We loved the bicycles and it is very accommodating for children with the attachment for the kids to ride in behind the adult bikes. Pool was a plus for the children as well due to it being a walk in type. The water is warm and not freezing cold which was a pro as well. Lovely porch views. Kid friendly community as well. Everyone rides bikes, throughout the day and night. Would recommend only driving 2 vehicles because there’s a garage and a parking spot in the driveway directly behind the garage; however parking on the street was apparently not allowed so it only accommodates 2 vehicles in my opinion. Would stay here again and enjoyed everything all together!

Great place, pool freezing

This is a great property and we loved the location very close to The Hub and the pool. Pool was very cold and not heated at all. That was a negative for us. Also the property is listing is having some things provided for you before you go to the store and there was no paper towels or a good amount of toilet paper please make sure that when you stay here that you get all those essentials before getting to the house. You're going to need laundry detergent, and dish detergent, dish soap, paper towels, napkins, and toilet paper. There was also several dirty dishes in the cabinets that I did mention to the owner just so he knew we did not leave dirty dishes behind. The overall condo was in amazing condition and totally updated we were very comfortable in the beds and there was a good enough space for the four of us but anymore than that and it will get a little crowded. I would definitely stay here again but a heated pool is necessary for our family so I would probably find somewhere with a heated pool. The beach was wonderful and a little crowded. There was chairs, Beach toys and an umbrella for you to use.

Thanksgiving getaway

This was our first time to the area. The location is close to restaurants, and the beach. The bike where great , we needed the baby carrier it was a wonderful addition. Very comfortable home !

Highly recommend!

This was the perfect place for our family of 4. There was plenty of space so we didn't feel on top of each other. It was clean. The location was great. We would walk or ride bikes over to the hub. One day we took the shuttle to the beach. The other times we drove which we preferred. We will be back. Thank you for such a great experience!

The unit was beautiful and very comfortable. Location was great. Downside is no easy access to the beach via walking. Also, the wifi was really bad and unfortunately our cell service was not good either.

Perfect stay

Communication leading up to and during stay was great! The condo was clean and super nice, had plenty of kitchen items for us to be comfortable and prep some meals throughout the week. We had one small issue during our stay but Kenny was immediately on it and barely gave us enough time to even worry about it, making what could have been a pain no big deal at all! Would HIGHLY recommend and we would definitely stay again. Thanks for a great stay!!

Wonderful stay at gone coastal!

Wow what a beautiful place! Perfect location close to the pool & hub. Bikes were great & we used them every morning for our ride to the beach! Sand toys and all the things you could possibily need - the owners had thought of it all! If I had one negative (very small one!) is that it would be great if some coffee cups were included we missed a hot coffee the 1st morning! We will be back!

Great place to stay and enjoy the beach

The property is located in a very nice and family oriented neighborhood and close to a few beaches. Parking spots are a premium in all the Destin surrounded areas so you must go early or late to the beach. The property was clean (overall) but it could be better. Great property and will return for sure.
