This property is beautiful with plenty of space and nice amenities. It's right next door to Shuckums, which is extremely loud with their nightly karaoke. The bedrooms are on the same side of the building as Shuckums, so it's definitely audible at night. We ran fans to help drown out the noise. With those running, we were able to sleep just fine.
There were 3 adults and 2 children/teen in our group, so we just fit in the 2 bedrooms and bunkbeds. The beds were comfortable, which is often not the case, so that was nice. The bunkbeds were nice except the safety arm on the side of the top bunk only reaches up to the top of the mattress, providing no fall safety prevention. We ended up putting some blanks and pillows down on the side of the bunkbeds to provide some level of safety, just in case.
Some of the artwork hung throughout the property could be easily bumped and fall. This happened to us in the kitchen where there is a paining on the wall right next to the pantry. While getting some stuff we had put int he pantry, this painting was bumped and it fell off the wall and landed on an outlet, knocking the cover off and ultimately breaking it.
The last thing I'd like to mention is the horrendous app they require you use. There's a ton of text all crammed on 1 page and it's hard to find the info you might be looking for. It's also easy to miss things, like the checkout info, which we didn't see until we were on our way home.
