Arrived , received messages prior not to arrive on property early, which we usually do and just park and nap after our drive. We did receive permission to come on to property prior to getting there thank goodness. Parking permit wasn’t at the guard shack so we had to go to guest services, they were great. The condo was clean nicely. Beds are okay, showers are nice, kids loved the turtle pond. Decorate typical Florida scheme. Smelled clean, pot and pan selection okay but lacking. Over all would have rated it a 10 but the refrigerator didn’t work properly the week we was there. We lost food and had to repetitively go get ice to keep what we could from going bad. Me and my daughter got sick day one, so keeping popsicles and such to fight her fevers was impossible. And we typically fish and go on a charter and bring fish home frozen so made it more difficult to preserve it and our trip. Only solution I was offered was to go buy dry ice by a repairman, no other words from the property management. We made the best of it. If they replace that basic fridge that doesn’t work add a few pots and pans would happily marked it up. It’s located nicely in the property for access. We rent on that property more than anywhere else.
