Excelente en todo !! La limpieza increíblemente excelente !acostumbro a salir de vacaciones dos beses al año y en toda mi vida nunca había encontrado u condominio tan limpio ! Impecablemente limpio ! Acostumbro a llevar mis sabanas por que es algo muy Personal y en algunos lugares no hay mucha limpieza , bueno pues aquí las deje en mi maleta ! No hubo necesidad de usarlas! Todo lo que necesites dentro de una casa hay lo vas a encontrar en ese condominio! Se los recomiendo las piscinas muy limpias ! El personal muy agradables y atentos ! Me hospedé en el 30 pisos y mi estadía fue de 10 días y no tengo nada negativo que decir! Por el contrario ya estoy pensando hacer mi reservación con tiempo para el siguiente año ! Vallan y disfruten como yo lo hice! Les aseguro que no se van arrepentir! Gracias a todo el personal por hacer mi estadía hay tan agradable ! Mis vacaciones fueron EXELENTES !!! 🙏

one of the outdoor hot tubs was broken and the other was dirty. for most of the stay one of the four lifts were in use. lifts were quick to get you to your floor yet took forever to come when called and they were quite noisey. you could hear the lifts from deep within the room all through the night.

The elevators are horrible during spring break. After waiting 15-20 minutes we would give up and take the stairs.. luckily we were on floor 7. The indoor pool was closed for maintenance half the time we were there.. the same days the ocean was closed for high tide and it was too cold for the outdoor pools

The room was beautiful with an amazing view! Just what we needed. I loved the way it was decorated also. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had almost everything we needed. Just was missing some matching lids for pans and could've used another baking sheet.. there was only a giant pizza pan. The only disappointing part was that the outdoor pools were super ice cold! Maybe it's too early in the season?

Condo was great with lots of space. The elevators had some wait at times. The beach service is kinda expensive and ends at 4:30. Did not like getting kicked off chairs.

The stay with Tidewater was nice except the Elevators were horrible. The wait for the elevator was sometimes 10-20mins and we were on the 13th floor so every time we left the room we had to wait forever . That was a major bummer .That needs to be fixed. The weather was bad all day on Saturday so we missed 1 whole day . But the condo was clean and nice.

About the only thing we liked about the property was the beach access and views and the pool area. Other than that, the condo that we stayed in was 716 and it wasnt cleaned properly. There was still food left on dishes and utensils from the previous people that stayed before us. We killed two cockroaches, there was rust all around the water/ice dispenser. And when we called in to report our findings they seemed none to concerned with trying to compensate us for the inconvenience. We will definitely never stay at tidewater resort and maybe none of the panhandle properties if this is their standard of business.

Beach Vacation
We had a very good stay. The room was amazing and clean. The whole resort in it's self was ran to perfection. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was nice to know there was 24hr security and that you could only access the resort with a special wrist band that only ages 13 and up had. We will definitely be returning. This place is a 10 out of 10.

If not for the view…
The units are in a separate building and the parking garage is attached with an overwalk. Inconvenient to say the least. The wait time for the elevators at this 20+ story property is ridiculous. It took us 30 the first day to get to our room. We took the stairs half the time bc it was faster than waiting for an elevator. If you have a big family or traveling with a lot of luggage be prepared for long wait times and ready to pile into the elevator at every chance you get. It’s a mission going down the parking garage, beach or pool unless you’re on the lower levels. Marcos is across the street and there is a Starbucks on the property. The view from our room was beautiful and everything was fairly clean. Communication was great and convenient thru texts. Wrist bands are given to everyone over 12 and used to enter and exit areas on the property. The noise level was the worse with ppl up till 2-3am being loud in the building and on the streets. We most likely won’t be back.

We stayed on the 23 floor in the month of September. Elevators worked wonderful, no long Wait. Beautiful view of the ocean from your balcony. Plenty of towels and washcloths provided. Washer and dryer in room. Everything you need to cook and eat with was provided. I would definitely stay here again!!

The rooms was nice. Both pools were very nice and there was great access to the beach. The only bad thing was the elevators. They were terrible! Sometimes you had to wait 30 minutes or more for the elevator to arrive and half the time they were to full to get on.

The property was ok. But was water all over the kitchen and the master bath, all the time. Even that we mop several times a day. The floor never dry. We have not idea where that water come from. At the end. It was frustrating 😒 so definitely not staying here again. Alos the elevator was so slow. Took several minutes to use one.

Communication was terrible. TV in the bedroom didn’t work the entire stay. No help from the staff to resolve the issue after several calls and being put on hold for lengthy time. Plumbing issues with one of the bathrooms. Not enough chairs on the balcony. Elevators were horrible, the wait time was rediculous every time you left the room. Pools were nice, board walk close to beach, carts for loading and unloading were convenient.

Room was fine. Paying extra for parking after paying for a room is a little absurd. Roman spa was closed for the entire stay and elevators were constantly an issue. Even the rinse stations coming from the beach had broken handles and were not usable. One of the two outdoor hot tubs were also not working

The room we stayed in needs some touch ups, but overall it was okay. The only downside was the elevators, dear Lord we would sometimes wait 30 minutes to go down to the lower level, and the day of check out a whole hour.

Condo was clean but does need to be updated. couch chairs old looking bathroom curtain rod was barley hanging when we arrived. Drains in bath tubs when we showered we stood in about 10 inches of water very slow to drain. Wall outlets by kitchen counter most did not work. I called and told them about the curtain rod as well as the drains and someone was sent the next day and took care of both. was very happy with response and repairs. last thing we noticed was paint peeling around bedroom door frame and bottom of bathroom door. I believe there are seven elevators in building and i have never waited so to get one. At times we waited 20 min. gave up on waiting and used the stairs quite often

We enjoyed the condo we were in. It was very clean, furniture was good, very appropriately equipped in the kitchen. The customer service at the front desk, however, needs improvement. No smiles, no “welcome”, no “let us know hoe we may assist you”, no direction to which elevator to take… very poor first impression! I read poor reviews from previous guests on elevators, but we had no issues with that. In fact, the weekend we checked in, the elevators were staffed with personnel on 8-hour shifts to ensure elevators were available to guests. This was a plus!!

Elevators are slow.wait times for the elevators were sometimes 30 minutes or longer. The condo we stayed in the owners had the thermostat programmed for 75 and the temperature would not get any colder. We would turn it down but it was programmed to not go any lower. This made the bedrooms extremely hot and uncomfortable.

I booked through Expedia after taking so much time figuring out the condo I wanted just to have my room switched because Expedia had the room I wanted as available when it was not. For the price I was not happy. Tidewater is too busy, waiting 45 minutes for a elevator. Too much of a hassle. We over heard so many complaints while we were there. Thankfully we were only on the 6th floor so leaving to go venture wasn’t too bad because we took the stairs. But this place has 30 floors. So keep that in mind if you book here. Beach access is scarce as a company has TONS of wooden chairs (charging 50 dollars a day) blocking off most of the beach leaving a very small section for canopy’s or personal chairs making it extremely crowded. The indoor pool was unbearable due to the strong chlorine smell. Outdoor pools were a decent size though. Being so close to pier park traffic is backed up constantly. So if you plan to go anywhere leave a hour or two earlier if you need the elevator, are parked anywhere else other then level 2 and then traffic. I’d only recommend tidewater to maybe a couple who isn’t planning on leaving their room for their stay.

Condo - bedroom carpet was filthy, sticky to walk on and had an odor. Beds were very uncomfortable due to old mattresses. Dust was all around edge of carpet and on lamp shades due to poor cleaning. Couch and chair cushions had stains. Condo smelled like moth balls. Walls were dirty. Very unhappy with this condo which was way overpriced for what we got. Will not rent this specific condo again. Elevators were horrible. Took 15-20 minutes to get an elevator down during busy times. The resort staff was friendly and courteous. Communication was great.
