​​​​​​​The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge.

DISCLAIMER - GUESTS MUST REGISTER AND PAY A PROPERTY SAFETY AND SECURITY FEE OF $57.50 PER VEHICLE (up to two vehicles- third vehicle would be $87.50) UPON ARRIVAL AT THE PROPERTY. THIS IS PER RULES OF THE BUILDING/PROPERTY THUS IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL AND IS NON-NEGOTIABLE.

The owners provide guest with a FREE 2 person cabana chair and umbrella on the beach for guest to use during their stay (Mid March - Late October only).

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
RentMyBeachPlace stocks a few essential items for you to utilize until you can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.
