This place was lovely exactly as seen in the pictures. The only thing that is need is a microwave in the kitchen. I would stay there again. A fully updated apartment. Staff is great.

Stayed here for a week with kids. Everything was good except for the TV and hot water which was non existent. Hot water stayed hot for less than 3-5 mins then disappeared. They tried to fixed it, but it did not help. Last night it somewhat stayed warm for all 4 to shower. We gave up on the TV as it frustrated. Great property, and staff, but the little things that we went through makes a huge impact. The new cafe that opened up when we arrived, is a must !! Definitely give them a try.

We loved our stay at Dovle Residences. No, it’s not exactly like a hotel because it’s not. But the rooms are very modern and clean, the staff is always responsive. They ask you at what time you want your room cleaned everyday. You can enjoy two balconies in your room and the outside pool and jaccuzzi area are beautiful. Worth the price.

Nice pool. Very nice room. Unfortunately, we were charged for a loose door handle because we didn't report it when we first noticed it. Staff will benefit from some hospitality training.

This is a newly built property with modern loft style rooms. The staff are very friendly. The restaurant on ground level has a nice breakfast included that is made to order and the evening has a great menu. The building is divided between mixed residence and hotel with the pool in the second building (we didn't use). There is also a secure parking garage that is free of charge. The area has a couple of fine restaurants and about 1 km is an Italian market that has fantastic deli, cheese, meat, pasta and wine selections.

Inadequate heating in the pool , poor customer service. No hot water in the shower. It was a terrible experience but it’s a nice place, hopefully with better management can offer outstanding services

My stay at Dovle Residence from July 1 through July 5 was extremely disappointing. The biggest issue was that the property was completely misrepresented online. The photos and description did not accurately reflect what I found when I arrived. When I walked into the property, I was honestly shocked. It looked nothing like the listing, and my first instinct was to turn around, leave, and find another place to stay. That is how disappointed I was with what I found upon arrival. The condition of the property was far below what was advertised. I felt misled by the online listing because it created expectations that simply were not met. The overall appearance was unacceptable and did not resemble the photos that convinced me to book the stay. I travel frequently, both within the United States and internationally, and I understand that no accommodation is perfect. However, I do expect listings to accurately represent what guests will actually experience. In this case, that did not happen. I hope management updates the listing with current, accurate photos so future guests know exactly what they are booking. Based on my experience, I would not stay at Dovle Residence again, and I cannot recommend it to others.

This place is awful, i wont recommend you to stay at this place.. Couldnt get me in the room, key fogs didnt worked. They got me in finally and then resulted they key didnt work if i left the room when i tried to get in. Bad experience. There was couple of people in the looby complaining the hotel gave their room to somebody else and they couldnt check in. The receptionist inform us That one entire floor was out of service due to plumbing and electric issues. Pictures look good but the place is not what it looks. Save your money and stay at a different place.

Rooms were clean, looks just like the photos, cleaned every day. Staff was lovely, especially the ones at the restaurant! Lovely lovely experience with them! Breakfast every morning was spectacular. Did not get a chance to try the pool but it looked beautiful! 9/10 I must mention the matcha and the view from the gym, immaculate!

The apartment was very clean, and it is in a great location. Unfortunately, we booked an apartment with a city and ocean view, but there was no ocean view. All of the staff we encountered were great. Ligia, who helped us check out, was very friendly and kind.

My experience at Dovle Brandon Residence Panama was very disappointing. My reservation was not in the system despite proof of payment. After 30 minutes, I was given a room that was already occupied, and the next one was dirty, with an unemptied trash bin and unclean bathrooms. Although the hotel is modern and visually appealing, the service is extremely poor. On New Year’s Eve, just minutes before midnight, a rude security guard forced me to leave the terrace, contradicting what we were told at check-in and completely ruining the moment. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in years. To be fair, one manager later understood our frustration, apologized, and said she would address the issue. Still, it is unacceptable for security staff with such poor people skills to deal with guests. The hotel is beautiful, but it clearly needs to invest in its staff to match the experience its design promises.
