Good, but broken

The property was beautiful and convenient, but unfortunately prior guests broke things, including the golf cart and the blinds in the master bedroom. Many of the beach amenities (cart, tent, bike lock, etc.) we’re broken. For a family of 7, more washcloths and towels would have alleviated having to do laundry every day of vacation. If the major items would have been repaired, I would definitely recommend the property again.

Wonderful Property

This property is clean and beautifully decorated. The beds are extremely comfortable and we got a great nights sleep every single night of our stay. The proximity to the pool and the hub could not be better. We enjoyed use of the golf cart and bikes. All in all this is a very family friendly and comfortable home and we would definitely recommend it!

Prominence Condos

Our unit was located directly across from pool and the HUB, so great location within the development. Incredibly equipped with bikes, beach wagons, boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs and literally ANYTHING you could want for the beach. Some of the equipment was broken (tent, bike chains, etc), but so much to choose from, it was still great to NOT have to buy beach stuff. Unfortunately, the exterior of our unit was being repainted during our entire stay. Couldn’t use the porch, windows covered, garage blocked several days and the crews are loud and using sanders everyday starting at 0700. Without the golf cart, the beach is impossible to manage unless you want to put all the sandy stuff in ur car. We were disappointed that the entire development did NOT have private beach access. You have to leave the development and drive a short distance to a public beach with NO chair/umbrella rental. Although inconvenient, the beach was phenomenal. Beautiful, clean and emerald water. The HUB is fantastic…great food and great atmosphere.

Really nice townhome!

We stayed here on a work retreat, and it was super convenient to the Hub, to the pool, and (via car, bike or golf cart) to the beach. The only downside was the surprise painting crew (that the owner didn't know about either) and the golf cart not holding a charge. The owner was VERY responsive, and easy to work with. We will be back!!

Great Vacation on 30A

House was great and just as advertised. Location was right across from the Hub and the pool, and only a short ride to the beach. It was perfect for our family of 6 and everyone enjoyed their stay. The only problem we had was that the TV in the living room was not working, but we weren’t there to watch TV.

Amazing Home

The home was absolutely beautiful and very clean. It rained the whole time except for our first day and being in this beautiful home made it a lot better. We will definitely be going back!!

Beautiful area with nice beach

The house is a pretty home. However, the carpet in all rooms is very stained and needs to be replaced. The air unit was not functioning properly and the owner can see what temps you keep AC or heat on during your stay. He actually called me and personally asked why we had the air on 67. The cleanliness of the home was not up to my standards as the carpet had not been vacuumed and the guest bathroom floor was dirty and needed to be mopped. As far as the location it was great.

Emerald Coast Getaway

Clean, well appointed property very close to neighbourhood pool and 30a amenities (Hub across street). Lots of beach and pool items in property (no need to bring own) to choose from (kids really enjoyed all the body boards) and the golf cart very useful to assist with beach access.

Great Beach Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at Memories by the Seas. Property Manager was very responsive and answered all my questions prior to stay. The property was well decorated and clean. We were able to ride around on the golf cart to the Hub. The beach access for Prominence is not that close, but the shuttle was very fast and convenient. My only suggestions would be to purchase coffee mugs for the unit. We had to use tea cups that were too small. I would also replace the blender which did not work properly. Minor issues. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to others.

Nice condo

The condo was spacious and comfortable. Literally right across the street from the Hub and the pool. Did have to drive to beach access but there were nice options less then 5 minutes away. Very easy communication with the owner.

Beautiful Townhouse

The townhouse was beautifully furnished and very welcoming. Everything was immaculate and well maintained. The location was great, with the pool next door and the Hub just across the road. We used the golf cart several times to get to the nearby beach access. Highly recommend if staying in Watersound.

Family vacay

My young adult children and I enjoyed our stay here very much. Beautifully decorated! The golf cart was a huge hit and so easy to take to the beach. Perfect location, walk across to the pool and walk across to the hub. Owners thought of all amenities! Beach chairs, umbrella, small cooler, beach towels, etc. We will love to stay here again!
