Panglao 4 Bedroom Family and Group House With Pool

Enjoy a spacious 4-bedroom, 2-storey house in a peaceful gated subdivision in Panglao, ideal for families and large groups of up to 15 guests. Free access to the swimming pool and mini gym, just a 1-minute walk away. Enjoy fast Wi-Fi, Smart TV, kitchen facilities, BBQ area and a private balcony. Dumaluan and Libaong White Beach are just 3–5 minutes away by car.


You'll have the entire 2-storey house for your group, with four bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Bedroom 1: 2 Queen-size beds, split-type AC and private balcony. This room has direct access to the upstairs bathroom, which is also shared with the rest of the house.
Bedroom 2: 1 Queen-size bed and window-type AC.
Bedroom 3: 1 Queen-size bed and floor fan.
Bedroom 4 (downstairs): 1 Queen-size bed with a Single bunk bed above. This room can use the split-type AC from the main living area.
Extra mattresses can also be provided and placed in the living room when needed.

The house can accommodate up to 15 guests. For larger groups, please send us an enquiry to see if we can accommodate you.

There are two bathrooms: a large bathroom upstairs and a smaller bathroom downstairs.
The kitchen has a small fridge/freezer, rice cooker, electric kettle and single gas stove.
The main living room has split-type AC, Wi-Fi and a Smart TV.
Outside, you'll find a small porch, a private balcony and space for a BBQ, with a simple grill provided.


Guests have private access to the entire house.
You'll also have free access to the subdivision's swimming pool and mini gym, located just a 1-minute walk from the house.

The house is located in a peaceful, safe and quiet gated subdivision, making it a great choice for families and groups looking for a more relaxing stay in Panglao.
Bohol-Panglao International Airport is approximately 10 minutes away by car, while Alona Beach is around 10–12 minutes away.
For a quieter beach experience, Dumaluan Beach and Libaong White Beach are only around 3–5 minutes away by car.
There is also a small local store and eatery opposite the entrance to the subdivision.
