“Hard to say anything good. Initially, I couldn't get the door open. The lock was lose and wiggled. Once inside, the carpet appeared soiled. And it got worse. The lamp between the bed didn't work. I found it was unplugged. Plugging it in worked. We couldn't get the TV to connect to any channels. The ring for the smoke detector was empty. Looking on a shelf, there appeared to be a smoke detector. The toilet handle had to be jiggled to stop the flow for the tank to...

“We arrived 15 minutes after check-in time- no one was at the desk so we looked around for staff and found no one. We called the business number and ended up leaving a message, but didn't receive a call-back until 30 minutes later. At that point in time we had already moved on to find another motel. We called back later that evening and the owner/manager apologized and refunded our room charges.”
