“El servicio y el personal fue realmente excepcional. La oferta de comida es más bien pobre sobre todo para una estancia de más de dos noches. Siendo una isla, estás obligado a comer en los restaurantes del hotel y no hay otra cosa que hacer por la noche que disfrutar de una buena cena. Fue bastante decepcionante dado los precios y el hecho que en Malasia generalmente se come muy bien y con mucha variedad. “The aircon was noisy, the rooms are also not at all sound proof. The first room they gave us was in bad condition, so we changed and had to pay more. It was worth it, the second room was much better. But still had some issues. Broken glass from lamp, not proper working toilet host ect.. but some good things like extras were availale in the room.”

“The hallway was dark. Our toilet got blocked and they asked us to change room. When we returned they was no room available and they offer us a room to take shower and have to wait for the boss to return before a room is available because there was no key to the room that was available. He also told us that we need to change room again the next day. We asked for a refund since at that point there was no room available for us and the staff said he can’t refund. Eventually he offered us a family...
