“The lock on patio door did not work when we got there. The pole to block it had rolled under couch from previous guests or cleaning crew, so we didn’t know it was there. No one responded until we contacted again after 6 raccoons came in and ate about 100 in food before we woke up to scare them off. “Place was nice and clean when we arrived. Our host responded quickly to any inquiries. Loved the shuttle trucks driving us wherever we wanted in the “resort”. Lots of cute cats around as well. Loved seeing them. Hermosa is a nice layback and slow paced town. ”
