“Tea Tahiti is within walking distance to the market, bus station and centre of town. Thankfully the taxi driver knew the property as it is located on a small side street off a main road and the property has no sign (that I could see) to indicate it is Tea Tahiti. There was some initial confusion about my booking but was pleased to be able to drop off my bag in the morning before reception closed for lunch. They seem to have a fair number of animals - besides a couple of dogs and a cat, I definitely heard a rooster as well. “We very much enjoyed our stay at Fare Arihau Vairoo. The room was lovely and comfortable. Our hosts were so friendly and welcoming and took care of us as though we were family. We ate dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. All the food was prepared by our host from local ingredients mostly grown in their own garden. All the food was exceptional and the service, some from our hosts little girls, was delightful.”
