Immerse yourself in luxury and tranquility, in this 700 sq ft condo with a private 300 sq ft backyard facing the golf course is a 10-minute peaceful stroll to the beautiful private beach, where you will see colorful macaws, monkeys, iguanas, and deers! 24/7 access to the swimming pool just outside the condo with pool side wifi access.

Relax outside on the private back terrace facing the golf course or enjoy a leisurely round of golf at the Los Delfines Golf and Country Club. Play some pickleball, beach volleyball, go for a nice walk in the 24/7 secured gated friendly community and along the 6KM Tambor beach, or do yoga.

There is a beach restaurant where you can enjoy delicious food and drinks and have fun dancing and doing karaoke!

Local vendors arrive at Los Delfines on weekends, selling various produce including fresh fruit, vegetables and seafood. Buy some produce, prepare a nice meal at the condo, and enjoy the outdoor terrace. The local store is currently located across Azul Del Mar, steps away.

ABOUT THE CONDO
Our condo is a new 2024 construction completely furnished. The main bedroom has a KING bed with an ensuite full bathroom. The guest bedroom has a double bed with a bunk single bed as well as an extra mattress hidden to potentially accommodate a sixth guess for larger families. There is a 2nd full bathroom. All furniture is high-end or custom-made with local exotic teak wood.

There is a 55" Smart TV and wifi fibre optic internet. Relax outside on our 300 sq ft. private backyard facing the golf course. Enjoy a nice outdoor BBQ on the charcoal grill.

The condo has its own washer and dryer. There are 3 new AC units: 1 in each bedroom and 1 in the living room. We also have body boards and bicycles available that you can use to go to the beach or just stroll the quiet street of the community.


CHECK-IN
Check-in is easy. A code will be sent to you before your arrival, which will need to be given to the gated security at the entrance. You only need to provide your code, and show your ID (passport or Costa Rican ID).

Guest access
You have access to the onsite ATM, convenience store, condo pool and poolhouse, tennis/pickleball/basketball courts, and playground.

Enjoy some golf. Golf clubs and golf carts are available to rent. The green fee is $100 US for 18 holes including a golf cart.

-Quiet time is 10 PM-7 AM daily

-No parties allowed on the property.

-Overnight guests must respect neighbours.

Garbage and recycling pick up is daily by 12:00 PM (excluding Sunday). Please put tied garbage bags in the container at the back of the condo. The recycling is in the front close to the pool.

There is a small general store on-site across from Azul Del Mar and the larger grocery stores are in the local towns of Cobano or Paquera. Vendors sell their produce (fruit, vegetables, seafood etc) in Los Delfines during the weekends.

The local fish market is located on the other side of Tambor, in the fishing village. They have fresh fish daily and other seafood at reasonable prices.
