“I arrived in late (9:30pm) because of flight delays and the receptionist doing the checkin was very apathetic, to the point of being rude; it felt almost like if my presence there was bothering him. After that I had no issues with anyone, everyone was very formal and correct. Also, watch out for ants in the rooms, never ever bring any food. “Beautiful village layout relaxing with beautiful views. Unfortunately staff was not knowledgable of lunch and dinner schedules. Check-in time is 3:00 pm and lunch is over at 2:30, dinner starts at 6:30 . So I had to wait over three hours to eat . It was a Buffett and the food was bare minimum quality. The closest restaurants are driving distance so you are stuck unless you get a taxi or drive. I paid for all inclusive food and was greatly disappointed. I hope they upgrade there food selections....

“Las instalaciones son muy buenas, están a dos cuadras de la playa y al Kos ser una isla muy pequeña todo está cerca como para caminar. Los cuartos donde nos quedamos son espaciosos tipo departamento y tienen cocina. Lo único es que no tienen cortinas black out y se cuela mucho la luz a la habitación, ellos te dejan antifaz, pero igual es molesto. Las chicas de la recepción son increíbles, súper amables y te ayudan con todo lo que necesitas. El hotel es muy familiar, gran opción en Kos.”
