Downstairs, the villa has a spacious living, dining and kitchen area with patio doors that offer sea views from every angle. The furniture and décor is contemporary and stylish with ample seating in the living and dining area. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and utensils and includes a breakfast bar with seating area. There is also a WC on this floor

Upstairs, the villa has four spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom, double bed, widescreen TV and shared balcony; Bedroom 2 has a double bed, widescreen TV and shared balcony; bedroom 3 has two single beds and bedroom 4 has three single beds. All bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets and offer beautiful views

The remaining two bedrooms can be found in the newly-built, separate annex that can be independently accessed from the stairs in the garden area. Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, one of the bedrooms with a double bed, and the other with two single beds, widescreen TVs and also offer fantastic views.
