The villa is spacious and well laid out, making it ideal for families or groups. The open plan living area creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with comfortable seating, a flat screen TV, and satellite channels offering a wide selection of international programming. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances, marble worktops, and plenty of storage, while the dining area comfortably seats six guests.



Large sliding doors lead from the living area to a private garden with outdoor seating and a barbecue area, providing a lovely space to relax, dine outdoors, or unwind after a day at the beach.



On the ground floor, there is a bedroom ideal for children or additional guests, furnished with a single bed and twin bunk beds, along with storage space and easy access to a guest toilet. Upstairs, the master bedroom features a double bed, an en suite shower room, and access to a covered veranda with pool views. A second upstairs bedroom offers two single beds and is served by a family shower room.



Guests have full and private access to the entire villa, including the garden, outdoor seating areas, barbecue facilities, covered veranda, and off road parking. All rooms are air conditioned, and free WiFi is available throughout the property.



The villa is located in a peaceful area near Cape Greco, perfect for exploring beaches, coastal trails, and natural viewpoints. Nearby beaches, tavernas, and local shops are easily reached, while Protaras and Ayia Napa are a short drive away for additional dining, shopping, and entertainment options.



Car hire is recommended for exploring the area comfortably, although taxis and local transport are also available. The villa is professionally cleaned before each stay to ensure a comfortable and pleasant experience.
