The house itself felt cozy and welcoming, like a true home away from home. “The house is Incredible. The huge kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed. The two fridges were so helpful for our family of 12 adults and 15 kids. The kids had a blast playing air hockey, ping pong and video games. The large theater room was perfect for our family skits and movie night. All the beds and bathrooms were comfortable and spotless. Views from the balcony are magnificent. Pay attention to the description of the parking situation. It was challenging to find a spot to park our wave...

“Gorgeous view of Bear Lake! We had a wonderful family vacation here. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. The only negative things are that you have to verify your identity with Vacasa, a rental agency, after you've booked with VRBO, or they will not grant you entrance to the property. The hideaway bed in the living room is basically unsleepable because it's flimsy. We just used a cot we had. It's an older home, but it met our needs. I would definitely stay here again.”

“It was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. We really appreciated that they had beach towels that we could use! The Ping pong table was a hit. Melanie was great answering any questions I had from start to finish. If I had anything negative to say, which is small, it would be that there wasn't any tissues in the bathrooms or bedrooms and most of the doors were very squeaky, so that was annoying. ”

“What an incredible find this was! We had a family reunion here with plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen and all the seating is to die for. Plenty of food storage space in 2 fridge/freezers, 2.5 ovens and 2 dishwashers and 2 washer/dryers. Not to mention the spa like bathrooms. We had a great time here and what sets it apart from others I was viewing were all the community amenities like the private beach access, two pools, the hot tub, and the playground and sports courts.
