“We spent 2 nights at this little slice of heaven for my mother’s 70th birthday . We had a small group of us stay the 2 nights and some extra friends/ family visit one of the days to celebrate . Even with rainy weather we had such a great time! The cabin had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves , including an array of games! The property was beautiful and easy to find . We found a lovely coffee shop in downtown Fryeburg that had delicious coffee , bagels, and pastries . Would highly recommend!...

“I’m not sure where to even start with this review. All I can say is “what a view” every morning we woke up to the beauty of Thomas Pond. Every night we went to bed under a sky full of stars. The home is a perfect lakeside retreat. Comfortable for our family of 3 and 2 more guests in the guest house. We could have all stayed in the main home but the separate homes was perfect for our situation. Fishing, paddle boarding and kayaking off of the pier every day was so much fun. Great kitchen to cook...

“Everything was very clean and we felt immediately welcomed by an adorable letter board beside a bowl of snacks in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable and, despite the lack of air conditioning, the temperature felt perfect inside and if we had wanted to cool off there was an openable window in the master bedroom. The board games (we had a blast with the spider-man monopoly) and coffee bar were a welcomed addition as well that we were thankful for! The area around the property is exceptionally...

“Our family enjoyed a 4 day stay at this place for a ski vacation. It's a house with no luxuries, just the basic that you need for an extended stay. Beds were comfortable, which is what I care most about. It has a garage, which is convenient. Mark was very responsive and accommodating. Nice place to stay overall.”
