“The house and property was absolutely beautiful. Definitely a piece of history there. The one side of the house kind of reminded you of a museum. They have everything there that you could think of that you would need for cooking or just sitting out back and relaxing on the deck they've got you covered. The only complaint that I have is the air freshener that they use pumping through the vents. Very very strong. Takes a little bit to get used to but once you do you don't notice it But all in all...

“A really nice man, I believe the owner, checked me in. I didn’t see any staff after that. It was quiet and convenient for my stay on my Friends and Family Tour ‘26. I wasn’t expecting the Taj Mahal but I was pleasantly surprised at the comfortable bed and the clean room. A bonus, there’s a great coffee shop called Mia’s in Shelbina. It’s in the grocery store with a drive up.”

“Hotel was ran down. Room smelled like mold. Bath tub was filthy. Carpet was stained and dirty and the bed comforter had a cigarette burn in it. Pillow cases looked old and dirty. Would never stay there again! They also put us in a handicap room which was weird because we are both tall and everything in the room was made low for handicap patrons. Neither of us are handicapped.”
