Living area: cozy lounge with sofa, dining table, and large windows. Open-plan kitchen fully equipped with oven, microwave, fridge, stovetop, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all necessary utensils.



Bedroom: double bed with hotel-quality linens, storage space, hangers, and heating.



Extras: quiet and tastefully decorated apartment, filled with natural light, with wooden floors, secure access, and an open view over the rooftops of Boulogne.



Guest Access:

Guests have full and private access to the appartement. It's designed for self-check-in, with the keys securely placed in a lockbox. This system allows guests to arrive at their convenience, irrespective of the hour.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is located in the heart of Boulogne-Billancourt, a popular and vibrant residential area right next to Paris. You'll find plenty of shops, restaurants, cafés, bakeries, and supermarkets nearby. The Les Passages shopping center is just a short walk away. The neighborhood is very well connected by public transport (Marcel Sembat metro station is 8 minutes on foot), making it the perfect base to explore Paris while enjoying a peaceful and comfortable environment.



Getting Around:

The apartment is ideally located just 8 minutes on foot from Marcel Sembat metro station (line 9), offering easy access to the main attractions in Paris. Several bus lines also serve the neighborhood. For parking, we recommend using the Parkopedia app to find nearby spots. The area is also great for walking, with a calm and convenient layout.



Other Things to Note:

- In case of a same-day reservation (arrival on the day of booking), the apartment may be ready from 7:00 PM instead of the standard check-in time indicated on the listing..

- Subject to availability, we offer optional luggage storage and late check-out services to make your stay more comfortable.

As part of our standard guest verification process, guests may be required to choose one of the following options prior to check-in to cover any accidental damage that may occur during their stay:



* A non-refundable Damage Waiver of 8 EUR per night,

OR

* A refundable 750 EUR Security Deposit



If you choose the Security Deposit option, please note the following:



💳 A temporary authorization hold will be placed on your payment method 2 days before check-in.

✅ If no damage is reported, the hold will be automatically released 2 days after check-out.

🔁 For longer stays, the authorization hold will be renewed every 7 days to ensure coverage for the full duration of your reservation.
