201 Suite Anne - Superb apartment

Suite Anne is an 80 m2 apartment. It has been designed to provide comfortable accommodation for 7 people. The apartment is on the ground floor.

The layout is as follows:
- Large, welcoming living room with double sofa bed, TV and dining table.
- Open-plan kitchen fully equipped with coffee, sugar and tea capsules.
- Cosy master bedroom with double bed and single bed. Includes dressing room, desk and TV.
- Elegant bedroom 2 with double bed, TV and dressing room.
- Modern bathroom with shower gel kit, shampoo, hairdryer.
- 1 comfortable toilet in the bathroom.

Take advantage of the apartment's many conveniences:
- Washing machine, Dishwasher, Iron, Large-screen TV, Free Wi-Fi.
- Hotplates, Microwave, Oven, Toaster, Nespresso machine.
- Bed linen (sheets and blankets), 1 set of towels per person.

The apartment is entirely reserved for travelers, and you have access to the entire apartment.

However, if you are due to arrive after 10.30pm, it is essential that you read and follow to the letter the independent arrival guide provided. This will ensure smooth access to the property and prevent any unforeseen problems during your installation.

Please note that after 10:30 pm, we will no longer be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary.

Located in Puteaux at the gateway to Paris, the apartment is ideally situated for discovering the charm and many facets of the City of Light. The district in which it is located is lively and bustling, with numerous shops and restaurants close by.

Châtelet: 20 minutes by metro.
Opéra: 25 minutes by metro.

Public transport: Thanks to public transport, you'll be less than 30 minutes from Paris' must-see sites, such as Saint-Germain-des-Prés, Opéra Garnier, Galeries Lafayette, Place Vendôme, Place de la Concorde, Champs-Elysées, Montmartre and the Eiffel Tower.

Restaurants, bars and nightlife: The apartment's neighborhood is convenient for quick access to restaurants, cocktail bars and nightclubs.
