Una joya maravillosa en medio de la ciudad.

Imagine una situación única, a pocos pasos de Notre-Dame y cerca de todo, el confort moderno con el encanto del viejo París y una calle encantadora y tranquila lejos de las multitudes, paseos a orillas del Sena y un jardín público a 2 minutos ... Tienda de comestibles y panadería en su puerta.
¿Qué quieres hacer hoy? Puede ir a todas partes a pie: a museos como el Louvre y el Museo de Orsay, el Centro Pompidou y el Palacio Real. En los distritos legendarios: el Marais, el Barrio Latino, el Jardin du Luxembourg y Saint-Germain des Prés, ... place des Vosges, Tuileries Garden, Concorde y Champs Elysées. O tal vez un crucero por el Sena, comienzan aquí. Ir de compras? Los famosos grandes almacenes BHV están a 5 minutos. A menos que decida esta mañana caminar por el mercado de flores o el famoso mercado Place Maubert.
Pasará unas vacaciones inolvidables en este apartamento de 33m2 en el 2do piso (3er para estadounidenses) sin un ascensor en el patio, que comprende una gran sala de estar-cocina americana con un sofá cama muy cómodo (cama de 140 cm, tipo convertible diario), un dormitorio con alcoba cama king size (160 cm), un baño con ducha a ras de suelo. Le daremos una cálida bienvenida y le ofrecerán su primer desayuno. Las camas están hechas.

Loved the property! Location is perfect, it's quiet, cute, restaurants and shops 100 feet away. I recommend this place for couples who want a romantic Paris apartment.

Paris Delight

Danielle was awesome. The apartment was perfect for us. It was in the heart of the city center and easy to access all of Paris. It had all of the essentials for an amazing trip. We would definitely stay here again!

A charming apartment

We love this flat so much that this is the second time we’ve booked it. Extremely quiet and comfortable. Excellent location. Enjoyed crossing a bridge every time we wanted to visit mainland Paris.

Great host, apartment, and location

Easy and friendly checkin, couldn't ask for a better location and the owner was very accommodating which made our visit so much better. Expect some noise from the unit above and other residents that are coming and going, but in general, a very quiet location.

Clean, comfortable and convenient. Great location that makes it easy to see the sights but also feel like part of the neighborhood. The owner and staff were terrific and helpful. Wifi worked well (I did join a couple meetings via Teams) and speed was very good

Great location

Great location, restaurants, gelato, metro close by. Sheets had stains and bath towels were like 5 year old dish towels. Exterior was under major construction. Overall the great location outweighed the negatives.

An Amazing, Memorable Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Danielle's lovely apartment! It was our first visit to Paris & it was a convenienct location, allowing us to explore the area with ease. The famous Notre Dame is just around the corner, and there's plenty of great restaurants & shopping within walking distance. Danielle contacted us via text & was very helpful from beginning to end! We would certainly stay in her historical apartment again.

6 nights stay

Location was terrific. On St. Louis we found wonderful stores to buy cheese and produce. Vegetable/fruit store had wonderful prepared take away items. Kitchen well stocked with utensils. FYI there is a light switch outside front door to turn on stair light.

Can’t find a better location!

This property is in the perfect location. We walked to museums and parks in 15 minutes. We were close to the Metro and any transportation that we could have needed. The building and apartment are perfect. Loved the quiet courtyard, and friendly neighbors. So many restraints to chose from right around the corner. Thank you for everything.

The Best!

Apartment located in the center of everything. Just the right size. Great kitchen and bathroom. Very comfortable. Gorgeous courtyard building. I can’t recommend highly enough. Danielle was a wonderful host, accommodating and present. Merci Danielle! Jusqu'à la prochaine fois!

Out little secret

We stayed for almost 2 weeks t thsi location. The first week was amazing as the whole isle was in a protected area. So the neighborhood was very quiet. The police station is across the street and we felt very safe the entire time. Couple of suggestions,.put a ceiling fan in the livingtoom, it would be more efficient than the small.fans. Also, you could use another set if toeels thst includes a wahcloth and hand toelrs. Other than that, unbelievable experience

Great location

Fantastic location.The apartment was clean and all the systems worked. It is a third floor walk-up as explained by the owner. However the stairs are twisty and worn with age. Not a good choice for those with mobility issues.

Cute apartment right beside the Louvre.

The location is perfect for walking to all the great sites and restaurants. The apartment is cute and had all we needed. The old stairs and court yard give it a very authentic Paris feel. Unfortunately check in was an issue. We didn’t have all the information and had to contact the owner numerous times to gain access. The tv didn’t work for more than 5 minutes on any station.

Fabulous location and well equipped

Apartment was really lovely and well equipped kitchen, and had a washing machine which was fantastic. A really good use of space and comfortable. Only problem I had is that I arrived to a Paris heatwave which no one can control. However like most flats, there is no AC which is normally not a problem but for a couple of days, it was because it did not cool at night enough so watch for that if sensitive to the heat. Otherwise, it was perfect.

A GREAT DISAPPOINTMENT (AND A DECEPTION)

I had a huge problem ensuing from lack of attention and of courtesy by the host and her employee (the apartment caretaker)! They left me to solve a delicate problem by myself, without help, and then wanted to charge me extra costs.It all happened because I left the apartment forgetting one key in the keyhole from the inside (a very innocent mistake against which there was no previous advice given by the host or instruction). Noticing that the other key did not open or lock the door, I wrote to the host. The response was "For this, we need to call a professional Locksmith, this is annoying and costly". I responded saying that I was sorry, that I didn't know and that there was no instruction about that. At the end of the day, I wrote to the caretaker (a Portuguese lady to whom I wrote in Portuguese, being myself Brazilian), asking whether the problem had been solved, only to find out that I had been given a wrong phone number! I ask the host for the right number and write again. At this point it is already past 8 pm. The caretaker lady's only answer was: "No, you have to call the locksmith" and then sent me two contacts. I am Brazilian, but I speak and write French. Imagine if I were someone who could not master the language! I pleaded, driving her attention to the fact that I was with my 11 YEAR OLD SON! 9pm! I asked for any kind of help. SILENCE! I finally got a locksmith. No damage to the door that was not there before. No-one at check-in. No Air-conditioning. Abusive char

surprise you have unexpected fees

The administrator charged us unagreed fees because it was invented that the place was dirty when we leaving it, however this was not true and her treatment was very bad.

Amplio cumplimiento a todo lo que se nos ofreciò, el departamento tiene todo y màs como alimentos (azucar, café, spaghettis, etc.). Limpio, ordenado y en una ubicaciòn espectacular. Altamente recomendable.

Situación excelente y totalmente reformado

Situación ideal para conocer parís, muy cerca de la estación de metro cité, a la espalda de Notre Dame, y aun así zona tranquila sin ruido por la noche. El edificio antiguo, como no puede ser de otra forma por la situación, pero apartamento totalmente reformado, con cocina completa y cuarto de baño con ducha, muchos enchufes, tv plana y wifi a buena velocidad. Sobre todo dar las gracias a Isabel que nos recibió con muchísima amabilidad, nos mostró el apartamento y nos dio toda clase de facilidades. También agradecer a Danielle que estuviera en contacto en todo momento para facilitarnos la llegada al apartamento. Sin duda recomiendo el apartamento, estuvimos mi señora, mis dos hijos adolescentes y yo y en ningún momento nos sentimos apretados, quitando claro las peleas normales entre hermanos.
